After having had bad classes where labs did not work or the instructor was less than knowledgable (or lacked the passion to teach), I came to ExecuTrain (or any other training institutions) with low expectations.I have to say, the class taught by Paul Kushlan pleasantly surprised me. He is very knowledgable and provided lots of real-world tips and experiences, including design, and other topics beyond the scope of the class (but related and very useful.) His lectures provided better depth and insight than the instructional booklets do.Paul is highly recommended. I once was a full-time IT trainer for three years, teaching Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, and Sun technologies -- and Paul has the right motivation, knowledge, speech, and presentation skills to make for a good instructor. The facility has ample of parking space, staff has been friendly, and the classrooms are clean and comfortable. The only qualm I have is that the chair I had was poor, but quickly remedied by switching it with another in the room :)On a side note, I do not know if this is a Salt Lake City thing, but everyone I have met has been exceptionally friendly. I live near Anaheim, California.
