  Not a professional company at all. Did not even send an email or give any of the students a phone call about not being able to test due to whatever the excuse was to close. I’m standing next to 6 students in the hallway currently anxiously waiting to take an exam and no one is to be found to proctor. I called the company to ask as to if there is someone coming but might be late and they had no idea what to do at all besides ask us to wait patiently. This is so unprofessional and I cannot believe the amount of time wasted being here with NO ONE that could just send a simple email telling us to reschedule. This is maddening. Will never take an exam here again and will make sure all the people I know won’t waste there time at this facility either !

  I've visited here 2x for USPS preliminary evaluations. The first visit was good and the 2nd was okay. Didn't spend any money to do my evals here.

  I have had great luck when taking classes here, There have been a couple technical issue but they have always worked them out.

  After having had bad classes where labs did not work or the instructor was less than knowledgable (or lacked the passion to teach), I came to ExecuTrain (or any other training institutions) with low expectations.I have to say, the class taught by Paul Kushlan pleasantly surprised me. He is very knowledgable and provided lots of real-world tips and experiences, including design, and other topics beyond the scope of the class (but related and very useful.) His lectures provided better depth and insight than the instructional booklets do.Paul is highly recommended. I once was a full-time IT trainer for three years, teaching Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, and Sun technologies -- and Paul has the right motivation, knowledge, speech, and presentation skills to make for a good instructor.The facility has ample of parking space, staff has been friendly, and the classrooms are clean and comfortable. The only qualm I have is that the chair I had was poor, but quickly remedied by switching it with another in the room :)On a side note, I do not know if this is a Salt Lake City thing, but everyone I have met has been exceptionally friendly. I live near Anaheim, California.
