I made appointment for a pedicure 2 days prior, they took me in 10 minutes late and I waited 45 minutes soaking in water before a technician came to work on me.
I inquired about packages when I made the appointment and they said we would discuss it at my appointment. I asked the technician about packages and she said they only offer basic pedicure ($30) When I heard other technician talking about “deluxe” I inquired again and my attendant said next time because they had people waiting. I wish “0” stars was an option. I don’t appreciate to be lied to.
Requested style: They gave me what they wanted not what I requested.

I made an apt today for a pedicure. I wanted to do the deluxe pedicure. The lady started and maybe 10 min in I was told that I needed to make an apt if I wanted the deluxe which I did. I was told they were too busy to be able to do it. They waited until after they started to tell me they were too busy or else I would have gone somewhere else. The pedicure was quick, sub par and 100% disappointing. This salon way overbooks itself so the customers get the raw end of the deal. I was really looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the pedicure but I was SO frustrated!
I wouldn’t book an apt here if you want a quality pedicure. They don’t make enough time for their customers!

This is the best service I have ever done. Anna did a great job! She’s so friendly and carefully did my nails. I’ll be back with her soon, hopefully.

I have been a regular here for over 4 years. We love the service and especially every single nail technician. This is a family owned business and they treat their like family too. Highly recommend to any and all.

If I could give a zero I would. I have tried so many times to give this salon chance after chance to provide good service. Each time I think maybe someone was just having a bad day or that my timing was off but no. Time and time again the service is so poor. They don’t listen to what I want or need to have done and they are so low in quality compared to the normal (but further away) salon I go to. The management here is beyond rude and the salon doesn’t feel clean. I’m honestly shocked they have returning customers. For all my fellow Holladay people. Please consider checking out galaxy nails instead. The service is top notch and they listen and honor what you want done.

I am so picky and these nail techs never give me a hard time when I change my mind 20 times.... They treat me like family here and I love how personable they are here. They also do an amazing job

Can't recommend. There are nice techs here but with manicures and pedicures hygiene is of the utmost importance. On multiple occasions techs have used their own finger nails to tidy up their work. In one case the tech used his very long finger nails to push my cuticles back during a manicure... too gross! There is a manicure tool made specifically for that so I truly don't understand.
