These guys always know what I need for brass plumbing fittings, and always at a better price than the other big box retail stores too. 100% great customer service from the guys there. I have had them know the size/pitch of stuff just by a glance at it.

Hands down the worst place that I've ever been to in my entire life I dropped my fuel lines off off at 9:30 AM was told that they would be done at noon and didn't receive them till almost 430 as soon as they were closing and come to find out the lines dont even fit. find anywhere else to take your stuff

Their website and page says they close at 5 PM. I showed up to the door at 4:31 PM the guy locked the door and said they closed at 4:30. Guy tells me if I needed service there would be an after hours charge It's on top of whatever I needed. Is complete waste after driving clear clear from the top of Heber city Park City Park City mountain where the broke down machine 11 miles back country.

Very long wait, only to buy a fitting. Their CC Machine was down, they wanted me to write my credit card number on a piece of paper to process later. They would not accept any other form of payment. I turned the part back, I will not be their customer.Hose and Rubber Supply was the exact opposite experience, will utilize these guys over Erik’s all the time!

Ivan was great help. Hes knowledgable and happy to assist you.. He has good expectation management skills.Took a while to get help during lunch hours.. Erik's is busiest during 12-1pm but sends their most experienced people to lunch at noon. Long line.
