I have never left a review before but this situation warranted one. I had high hopes for this place but they have been squashed with our experience in getting a dryer. Service fee was $95 to come check why our clothes were not drying. That “service fee in all reality is a driving fee. Didn’t even cover them coming to diagnose the issue like other normal services. They charged us labor when they didn’t even fix anything! Apparently you get charged the service fee (driving fee) and then labor (should be service diagnostic fee) and blame it on us that we didn’t know. Nothing was communicated when they came out to look. No invoice was given when the service was as done. Then management was horrible about talking about my disputes with the bill and was not negotiable and blamed it all on us. Dryer still does not do job well.I have owned a business and this is not at all how you run a business or service people. Beware before purchasing from them!

I have lived at my apartment complex for 5 years and the few times I have had issues with any of the machines in our laundry room, Evan’s has been wonderful in getting it taken care of as quickly as possible. The people in their offices are very kind and enjoyable to speak with. Their technicians are always very helpful in addressing any issues as well as being willing to explain helpful tools to myself and other residents. Thank you to Evan’s Laundry for keeping our laundry room up and running for such a large community.

Apparently the machines are “use at your own risk.” I did my laundry at my apartment complex and many of my clothes were quite literally MELTED. Draw strings, bras, underwear, all burned. The clothing was from nice brands and so I was extremely upset. I asked other tenants if this had happened to them and they said it had. I called Evan’s laundry for them to tell me there are really no options, but that they will send someone to repair the machine. It’s more of a problem than a simple repair can fix when so many other tenants have this issue. It is unfortunate Evans Laundry can’t stand by their brand and compensate me for damages. After I called, they told me I would be contacted and never was. I was told if I had receipts and people to look at the clothing there may be options, but at the end of the day, the machines are “use at your own risk.” A person assumes this means that the clothes may shrink, colors may mix, but never did I think my clothes would melt. After not hearing back from this company for over a month, this is where I am taking my opinions. I attached a picture of an article of clothing that was damaged just to show the severity.

I was especially impressed with the excellent customer service that I received from Jason, Crystal, and Justin today! They went above and beyond to help us out with moving and servicing all the machines during the duct cleaning at our property. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of commercial equipment!

THANK YOU EVANS LAUNDRY !!!!! Our 9 year old commercial Speed Queen washer purchased from Evans leaked alot of water one day. Thought for sure it was dead. Called Evans and they sent Tyler out in a couple of days - we are on the very south end of Utah county or it could have been sooner. Tyler located the problem, simple inexpensive repair, while here we had him check the squeal coming from the dryer. We thought it might be the bearing going out in the motor. Turned out to be just old, worn rollers on the drum. Tyler was honest, friendly and helpful. Taught us some maintenance and said we should get several more years of good use out of this pair. VERY happy to hear that, we will be going back to Evans for the next pair and hope to get Tyler any time we need repairs.

Worst place ever for having equipment working at apartment complexes. Have dryer not working for at least 3 months, phone calls unanswered, notes written on equipment to hopefully reach someone. NOPE TAKE OUR MONEY but dont fix equipment, not good business practice.
