I have placed multiple orders over the years and been pleased but what really impressed me was when I had an issue with a product. I purchased a National Luna fridge last year and it suddenly stopped cooling right before a trip. I called and the employee asked some basic questions and when I described the issue without hesitation offered to replace the unit. When he found out they didn't have any instock he offered to NEXT DAY AIR a newer version to me so I would have it for my trip. Yes, next day air a fridge from Utah to Michigan!
There was no way I was going to have them spend that much on shipping so I politely declined and just had them ship it to me when I got home. I received the new unit and packed up the defective one(pre paid shipping label included).
As a business owner I am very impressed at the professionalism with everyone on the staff. The Equipt1 team went way above and beyond in my book and I will gladly continue to do business with them in the future.

Awesome service from the guys at Equipt. Purchased an Eezi-Awn platform for my military trailer and they gave me lots of options and answered all my questions. They even installed it for me on my way through Salt Lake. I hope to visit again one day and pick up more gear. Big thumbs up!

Oh, man, you guys take such good care of us. Resourcefully managed to fix our broken water heater much faster and much less expensively than your competition's proposal. And throughout the past seven years, you have good-naturedly and competently repaired our various blunders in loading and unloading the camper. Well done, and keep it up!

I made the trip over to Equipt to get my new tent installed and I am glad I did. They were prompt and professional. I would have centered the tent on the bed bars but they correctly identified that the tent center hinge had to clear the bar when folding open the tent. This required the tent to be offset an inch or so and I would have had to do it twice and would have been drilling additional holes in my bed bars. That was worth the 500 mile drive right there! New showroom is great and I got to look at some great gear while waiting, then they gave me a quick tent demo and even drilled the holes for the ladder lock. I love my new Eezi-Awn tent and Equipt provided excellent customer service!
