I have been a member of Enterprise for years... Lately credit card issues, ATM, ETC. This broke me with Enterprise today. Had reservation and the West Jordan Utah Enterprise when I arrived I was not greeted there was a rep right outside the door but did not acknowledge me, I went inside no one inside, loud music coming from back, Walk back to the front still no acknowledgement from rep... Finally I give my reservation and after 10 minutes about credit cards Manager "Christian" comes in he does not acknowledge me either... Let me say they both treated me horrible and a girl comes in and right away greeted her and was nice to her??? My trip is to see my mother who is in her final stages of cancer and has weeks to live. I work for Lithia and we have sold cars to Enterprise for years... Surprised at this treatment beyond horrible.

I had absolutely excellent service from Enterprise in Utah. My issue is the floating pricing. You cannot research the cost of a specific rental car online, because the cost changes with availability. That's capitalism for ya. I was getting an insurance-subsidized rental. Additionally, the very pleasant agent told me the lowest priced car was not available.

I paid a premium over other options because generally I find Enterprise to be be better and Yelp reviews were good (I think it was 4 stars when I booked). The check in experience was a disaster though. Seemed like thier self check in was down but this led to a 40 minute line. Even excusing that they seemed obsessed with theft throughout. They scanned our licenses with 3 separate machines. Then someone pointed me to my car then 2 people check our licenses and rental paperwork while leaving the lot (of course after a big line). This delay is very frustrating at SLC as we (and many people) are trying to ski upon arrival so every minute in line is a minute I'm not skiing. Check back in was OK. The car itself was pretty decent Jeep Compass Trailhawk edition, which is funny as you can't take it off road. Anyway it wasn't bad but I essentially paid an $20 a day premium and I don't think I got that level of experience.

At a very busy airport, the Enterprise staff did a great job of getting us our luxury SUV quickly. We even got surprised with an upgraded SUV at not extra cost, a Ford Expedition! The car rode great on the highways and when the wheels started spinning in the snow I was able to easily put it into 4A (4x4 mode) and get out! I will rent from Enterpise again!

Renting a car here was super easy! We originally were going to rent a mid size SUV AWD and when we got there and saw the vehicle, I wanted to change to a Truck with 4WD. They let me change literally with no issues and it only took about 2 minutes longer than expected. We were out of there in less than 10 minutes! Also, do the online check in because you skip the line and go straight to the garage. Very easy experience and the vehicle was nice and clean.

I utilized the online check-in feature, which made the process of picking up the car seamless. Upon returning the car, Cameron return super easy and I was quickly on my way to my flight.

Enterprise does very well to care of its customers. A couple choices upon arrival, and no issues getting a vehicle after a 2 hour delayed flight landing us after 1am.
