No one wants to end their day having to get a car towed home. When my starter gave out at home depot. I called my road side and they dispatched a different company with an insane wait time. They then dispatched Empire with an hour wait time. Within 30 minutes Isaac arrived to help. I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided and professionalism. Anytime a company can under promise and over deliver, I am stoked! Not only did Isaac arrive earlier than promised, he was quick and efficient at getting my 4runner hooked up and on our way. I hope I don't need another tow ever, but if i do, i'll be sure to go with Empire again. Thanks Isaac for doing such a stand-up job!10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a towService: Car towing

Waited 3 hours. They updated their status with my insurance 2 times delaying. I called direct only to have the man that answers be incredibly rude. He cancelled my tow leaving me and my young son stranded!!!!!! My insurance says they confirmed the job within 10 minutes of being submitted. LIARSService: Car towing

Retrieve my vehicle and while it was in there possession they removed my window tint serve as well as several items from my car are missing. I won't even get into the lack of professionalism.

Isa Christensen was the driver who helped me. I’m a Progressive customer and had a dead car needing towing from home to the shop on a busy evening. When I got word from Progressive that Empire’d been dispatched I followed up with them and they were courteous and informative and the wait was much less than projected both by Progressives’s estimate and by their initial one. Isa was super helpful in trying to troubleshoot getting my dead hybrid out of the garage so he could back the truck up within range and took an “i’m the hired professional, i’ll take care of it from here stance” which was comforting and useful. I handed over the keys and the car was loaded and delivered without any further effort on my part. Highly recommend.Service: Car towing

The workers at this company are great but the owner of the company is horrible, I would recommend using any other tow company rather than these guys, they don’t help at all and the owner is a coward who makes her/she whoever she is workers answer questions that she should be answering, you know who you are too, and you are the worst business predators, and even worse than that your a horrible person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
