He listened and heard what i was saying and helped me accomplish what i needed to have done. He contacted the store staff and had everything set up for me when i got there. Last night when i made it to the store the man that was there was super nice and helped me complete what i had started with Aldin on the phone and thro emails.. I have to say it was amazing. Thank u for everything u guys were able to do for me and my situation. Its very much appreciated.... Thats customer service worth keeping. ?.....I liked the store staff. The customer service on the phone is awful 100%. They are rude not helpful at all. If make a mistake or do something wrong to ur account and refuse to fix it or listen to u the customer at all. I didnt want to stay with this company but for lack of time to look for a new company this month im stuck. However i wont be here much longer. They dont care about customer retention at all. Or trying to make any thing right. In fact they leave u on MUTE NOT HOLD..... “I just bought a new iPhone from Tmobile about a week ago. I took it to the Foothill Tmobile store in Salt Lake City, Utah for some help. Lessie helped me set it up and sync to my Apple watch. He even stayed 30 minutes past closing time to get the job completed. The following day, Lessie put a new screen protector on my phone and helped me get my old phone ready to send back by clearing out my data, etc. Lessie was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and he has a great smile. Give that young man a raise!”
“We came in today and talked about me upgrading and giving my phone to my son and Mario Sandigo helped us. He gave us all the numbers and info right up front, we said we would come back to switch it all when my son was out of school, went back and he was there, had the phone I wanted all ready and out to get switched, he made the process sooo easy, it came out to be cheaper than I was expecting and no surprise fees that we had to pay. He didn’t try to bug us about buying any cases, chargers or screen protectors like they usually do, we still ended up buying them hoping he gets the commission and if not, he deserves a raise at least. He was amazing with my 10 yr old as we were waiting for everything to switch over, they played a word game and he was so kind to my daughter as well. I’ve never ever had a phone buying process go so easy and smooth. We truly are grateful for Mario’s help and service. They never overcharge for refills, will always brew fesh coffee if they run out, and there's never anything dirty in the store!
Plus, they always have the new fresh Punk Bunny Coffee and the machines that allow you to get a freshly ground stronger shot of espresso in the event of a watered-down batch.
Great selections of their various select refrigerated drinks, and they are VERY fast at getting service out in the even a slurpee/soda or coffee machine goes down!
If you do arrive on weekdays from 9:45-11:30, there's an influx of high school kids which may put you off...
but management knows how to get them out the door in record time! It took 60 seconds to wait behind 8 people! That is amazing checkout time! If only the kids could stack their backpacks by the door in an orderly fashion... avoid tripping in that case.
I pass by 6 closer 7-Eleven's to come to this one, showing up 4 times a week.
The owner/franchisee is always happy and does a great job remembering every single one of the customers, what they get, and their preferences!
I will go out of my way to shop here! This is the way all 7-Eleven's should look, operate, and run!

And when we discovered the 7-Eleven replenish we were stoked because it is better for you than Powerade or Gatorade and it is cheaper. But then we got one that had an obvious problem, we simply called their hotline who then got a hold of the owner and he completely took care of us. They are the best!”
