These guys are awesome! If you need a hard money loan I cannot recommend Daniel enough. Fees are reasonable and they are surprisingly fast (which is really crucial sometimes). He has funded and made possible a lot of our fixer upper deals and we always appreciate how helpful Daniel is. Huge thumbs up from us!
