This is my go-to auto body place. I have used Driftwood a lot over 30 years on everything from minor scrapes to a full restoration. Woody and Corey are honest, great people and offer fair prices for their excellent work. Deserving of a 5+ rating.

Took my Kia to have the headlights adjusted and have to say it was one of the most positive experiences relating to a vehicle I have ever had. The service and customer care were over the top. 5 ? !!!

Woody and his team have repaired my vehicles for at least 30 years. You will not find a more honest auto-body shop anywhere. They do excellent work at a very fair price. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended.

Rubbed my door against a garage foundation pole and put a pretty decent dent in it. Driftwood got me in early the following week and when I asked "it would be great to get it for the weekend" they amazingly had it all set for me on Friday night. Car was basically like knew and when I met my friends on Friday night they were shocked I had it back so fast. Inside of the car was cleaned out to showroom quality as well. No doubt in my mind I would go back to this shop.Service: Painting

New ownership, probably time to find another body shop.Took my car in for some rear end body work in May. It is now November, and I still haven't seen the car. Every time I ask when it's going to be done, they tell me "two more weeks."The price of the work is thousands beyond their quoted price and at this point I'm legitimately wondering if they are even working on it at all. They only call me to tell me when the price of whatever random thing has gone up.I've heard the quality of the work is good, but at this rate, I may never be able to tell for myselfServices: Painting

After stopping in at Subaru downtown- they told me I needed an auto body place to fix my bumper that kept popping out when I went thru the car wash. Subaru suggested Driftwood Auto Body stating they were great and cheap! Cory @ Driftwood took such great care! I stopped in just to have him look at it & he told me it only needed the clips that he could actually order from Subaru and to stop by a few hours later. I came back, Corey had the clips and put them in. Only charged my $11.00. Cory & Judy were so nice and willing to help me. I'm very happy & very impressed. I will be back & I will suggest Driftwood to my family & friends!

The good: they repaired my car in a short time window. The work itself looks good, and the car was nicely detailed, but that’s where the positive ends.The bad: zero communication after being told they’d keep me in the loop the whole time. After a little over a week I called them for an update, where they told me it would be done on Tuesday which worked perfect for my Wednesday morning pickup after flying back into town. I reminded them to address a door ding at this time (which was mentioned beforehand in emails and in person) they told me their guy was coming and could take a look at it. Cut to Wednesday morning, I call to double check that we are good to go when I land at 10:30 and am told it’ll be ready at 4:30 pm. I spend all morning/afternoon in the airport waiting for it to be completed. When I get there (early) it’s already been finished for some time with no call to let me know. No comment on the work or addressing of the door ding. I open my car to find it nicely detailed but empty, which is an issue as I had a ton of gear in the car (I’m a travel nurse and live out of it between contracts). No one had a clue where my stuff was, until it was eventually tracked down to their other location, left in the middle of the workspace and covered in a thick layer of dust. Upon further inspection of my car, the side/rear portion of the car that they must have used for access to do the roof/hatch repair is scratched up and scuffed. Additionally, a part was replaced that was brand new (I mentioned this in email and in person) and didn’t need replacing. Overall I’m super disappointed in the lack of communication and attention to detail. While the repair i came in for looks fine, I’m left with scratches I need to have buffed out and a carload of gear I need to detail to get shop dust and grime off.

I need to leave a review for this company because my experience was way beyond my expectations. I got a dent in my company provided car so I figured good was good enough. I had been to 2 other places with high prices, appointments needed for quotes long waits etc. Dreading the process at this point. Got referred to them by a shop that couldn't do the job so gave them a try. Their quote was quick and while I waited. Dropped car off next day. They texted me progress and it was completed the day they said it would be, in less than a week. Paint match is amazing and couldn't be happier. This operation doesn't have the flashy store front and uniforms but they put their money and effort into what matters. Thanks Guys for a great experience. I won't hesitate to refer your Company to others.

Fixed our car, but put the wrong phone number on our account and was giving us updates on the wrong car, making us think our car was farther along than it was. Not a big deal, but our car smells like cigarettes when they gave it back to us. My husband and I have never smoked, so it is frustrating to get in a car that smells like cigarettes with our toddler. Smell still lingers after a day of airing it out.

These guys are amazing! After a couple weeks trying every other dealership and repair shop, I found these folks.
