These guys have always been helpful. Sure there have been issues with autopay but they always make solutions available and I feel like I'm speaking with someone who wants to help.

I would have left them years ago if they were a monopoly.. it should be illegal to only have one choice.. because Dominion knows it! They don’t care about anything but money.. never again will I have gas in my home because of Dominion

Called to discuss a letter we received in the mail. They were experiencing higher than usual call volume and the wait would be 45 minutes to speak to a representative or you can keep your place in line and they will call you back. When I received a call back it asks if you would like to speak to a representative (press 1), cancel the call (press 2), or receive a call back in 5 minutes (press 3). I pressed 1 a hundred times and it does not acknowledge the prompts so it kept repeating itself and then said they would call back in 5 minutes. I received the call back in 5 minutes, the prompts didn’t work again and said they would call back in another 5 minutes. This is a never ending cycle with no representative to talk to whatsoever! Very poor customer service and a huge waste of my time waiting for this call back. I guess next time I will sit on hold for the 45 minutes wasting even more of my time.

If I could give this place a o stars I would these guys do absolutely nothing to help people out on there gas Bill they dont care if you use every penny you have to live on for the week just to keep your gas on. I have never spoke to such cold hearted disgusting people in my life they want me to pay a deposit of $180.00 dollars that they never told me about and $390.00 just to keep my gas on people can't pay there Bill's as it is but they do not care all they care about is money if I could use a different gas company I would in a heartbeat At least Rocky Mountain power will take a $1000 bill and split it up over 12 months for you and actually work with you like people should I wish I could get gas through somebody else cause these people suck.

Unless you know your account number the computer voice sends you on a wild goose chase. Their system is very hard to navigate and you can't get to a real person.

Whoever you all hire to do maintenance on the gas lines definitely take shortcuts. There's nothing like doing manual labor for work and coming home and having to do more manual labor to fix what they have not put back correctly. It's even more frustrating when you take pride in things that you own and those things being destroyed and not put back the way they were found. I felt like this needed to be said and hopefully you can fix the issue for others that aren't able to do their own landscaping. What a joke..I have pictures of them and of what they did on my security cameras. If you're at all interested let me know. I will gladly share them.

I have an account with Dominion Energy for my gas. I haven’t actually been to their offices only spoken to them on the phone but they’re always very pleasant people to speak to.

Every time you call in you are told wait time is less than 10 minutes. Yet, every time it is over an hour. This company's customer service and communication is terrible. Tried to get help with a locked gas box on a rental property for days with no replies to emails, online attempts, or phone calls. They have Cost me hours of time and money. Zero regard or care for customers. Even their replies to these reviews are disingenuous and copy and pasted.

Literally the worst company to ever exist. Called customer support. Got hung up on. Technicians don’t do their jobs, but never forget to charge you for the job they didn’t do. -5 stars. I’d rather die than work with these people.

Not only does dominion have a monopoly on Utah gas, but they also have a monopoly on downtown parking. They actually pay someone to monitor their completely empty parking lot and rudely harass drivers that are just trying to find the right parking place. Way to go dominion.

Sent in payment via online pay, get bill saying we didn’t pay the bill. Bank shows that it cleared. We sent in confirmation and get ghosted. Called in today and get told that they didn’t get the money. And to get a physical check sent to them. This is the first time we had a problem with them. Didn’t have any problems with online pay before. Either there system lost the money or someone inside stole it.

This is a terrible company from in to out. They get bad press for raising their rates simply to jump on the bandwagon and profit from our poor government.....and the mess they create for this country, then, they have the nerve to send me a notice saying my neighbors pay less for energy..... I would definitely question their means and methods of determining that claim!They simply want to deflect, to make you accept the blame for their price gouging scam! Terrible company, they're as discardable as the government..... Too bad there is no alternative. We're enslaved by these hacks.
