I love Dollar Tree, but this specific location is a dumpster fire. They need more staff which I think would solve a lot of their issues.
1. The store is absolutely filthy. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in years.
2. Clutter everywhere. I get some customers take things and don’t put them back in their place but there is merchandise everywhere still in boxes or just piles of stuff especially in the corner by the cash registers.
3. The employees generally don’t really care a whole lot to help. I noticed it’s the younger individuals who just text or have their AirPods in.
4. You stand in line forever! I went in for a simple purchase and I waited 10 minutes before I was able to pay for my one item.
5. You can never walk in or out of the store without being asked for a dollar from someone.

Visited today.
Store was a mess, only 1 employee trying to help everyone & run the register. More than 6 people in line to checkout and several othersneeded help with balloons. I needed an item void that actually belonged to the customer behind me- 4 alerts for help and finally the manager came. He was outside, on his phone! Fixed the register and then walked away talking on his phone again!
Seriously, let the call go while customers need immediate attention then talk while you sweep or straighten if the call can't wait!
I would've just paid for the extra item but the line of paying customers behind me needed to be brought to attention. It's so unprofessional of the management to ignore the store!

This is the most poorly managed and maintained Dollar Tree I have ever seen. The appearance is appalling. It is horribly maintained--dirty, broken fixtures--with so much product strewn on the floor, it was difficult to walk down some aisles. There were so many empty shelves, I asked an employee if they were going out of business, and received a curt NO for an answer, making me think I was not the first to ask for the same reasons. Another customer approached me while I was trying to find tape in the office supply aisle--which shouldn't be difficult, but it was because it was such a wreck--and she asked me if this Dollar Tree was always like this, because it was her first time here and she had never seen one so bad, and I agreed, it's a pigsty. She also approached me in the parking lot as I was leaving, and told me that she asked an employee why the store was so messy, and was told "because people like you don't put things back," which is outrageous! I used to shop at this Dollar Tree quite often, but now I avoid it, and will go to a different county if I have the option. I tried to shop here in December, when I waited in my car in the rain and snow for 30 minutes past the store opening time and it still didn't open--even though I had seen someone with coffee unlock, enter, and re-lock the door shortly before it should have opened--and I finally left. Between the erratic hours, the employees smoking by the front doors, and the horrible conditions inside, this management needs to be replaced, or the store closed. It is blight, and an embarrassment to the community, not a service.

Weird experience, some white lady cuts in front of me saying she works there just to recommend something she is going to buy... didn't ask me if I wanted or needed help with anything then she starts walking around the store yelling gurrrrrrl and spraying items into the air, she and the other people the shop here can be out of pocket.
The store is always looking dirty and there is no customer service or they understaffed.

This store is never stocked, it's dirty, and today a homeless person was holding the door open for customer. I heard the store manager Paul tell the guy he will pay him cash tomorrow. For what the guy dose not work there. I also saw the store manager being rude to the employees that do work there. Kevin Is an awesome cashier. you can tell he overworked but always find a way to provide great customer service.

Worst dollar tree I have ever been to. I wanted it to be good because it's close to my house but alas, no luck. ALWAYS a mess. I have been here at several times of day on different days of the week and it's always a disaster. Employees are hit or miss. Almost always only one cashier and a long line. Today a grumpy employee was bitching aloud about having to pick up after people right in front them. She said "don't worry I'll put that back not like I have nothing else to do." And I think she was even the manager! but looking around the store, I wanted to say, doesn't look like you do anything anyways around here. I guess it's ok if you need something quick and don't want to drive further away.
