They are ? I like that you can look in on your puppies at any time while they are open. I don't even worry about my dogs while they are in Dog-Modes care. I asked if they would please give each dog a bath before I pick them up. They told me they would IF they could. They were able to do it. My dogs look great and combed out beautifully. Thank you, Dog Mode.My daughter takes her dog there as well. She has been going there a lot longer than myself. I plan to stay with them as well. I think I have stayed with them for maybe 4 years.

I have been bringing my doodle here for years and they are truly exceptional! Everyone on the staff is kind, helpful, and seems like they actually are really happy to be there. My dog is a delicate guy and nervous and they make me feel so comfortable leaving him and he always comes back exhausted from playing! The pool and groomers are just added bonuses to put them over the top! Everytime he gets groomed at dogmode everyone asks me where he gets his haircuts. Truly the best groomers and daycare/boarding I've been to even outside of SLC. Can't recommend enough.

I've dropped off my dog there a few times and she's been humped by other dogs almost EVERY TIME! AND THE DOG HANDLERS DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! I have a screenshot of someone literally watching my dog get humped and doing nothing!!!!There are no toys for the dogs to play with either which leaves most of them bored.

The best daycare in SLC! DogMode is so observant of animal behavior and makes sure that our dog is never over stimulated--something that tends to happen with him! He goes to the aquatic center every week and is finally tired. Would recommend DogMode to anyone!

I recently boarded my dog Daisy here and she loved it! I was out of town for a week for a work trip, and being new to the SLC area was nervous who to leave her with. I've only boarded her once before, and it was not a good experience. However, she LOVED DogMode so much! I like how they make you bring your puppy for for a complimentary day of day care to make sure it is a good fit first. Daisy loved the open play area, and I loved being able to watch her on camera. All of the staff was friendly and attentive, and we will be using them again in the future. Thanks so much!

I've been bringing our dogs here for years. The staff is great and the dogs all love it! Prices have gone up, but it's still not too bad.

Tommy and Priya both love Dog Mode. They always have the best time. They recently boarded for a week and had no issues, they were taken care of just like they would be at home. And Priya always looks her best after getting groomed.

I’ve taken my dog here for day care for couple of months and I’ve had mediocre experiences with the service and staff.Overall their setup concerns me, because of their floors are slick and continuously left with accidents on them. I don’t feel my dog gets any attention when he’s there, though he’s always pacing and walking up to the staff asking for pets. Also there’s usually only one attendant walking around and they don’t spend time without them, unless they’re in the small dog area.My dog always looks super stressed out on camera so I always end up letting them know I’m coming early to pick him up. He always comes home without eating all day because He’s so stressed there, and isn’t given any attention. Additionally, I didn’t feel attended to when I gave ample notification of my pick up and drop off times, and adhered to them. I continuously had to wait for an extended period of time before someone assisted me, or acknowledged me.After reading more reviews, I found it more concerning because a lot of injuries have been posted, without the facility notifying the owners. I think this is likely due to their floor, understaffing, and lack of set up and structure.I am currently looking for a more structured Daycare that gives better attention to my dog. I hope this helps somebody in the meantime, and what’s more helps the facility improve their care of their furry patrons.

This place is a true gem. Doggo heaven for my fur kids. Great and competent staff that actually care about our fur babies. An indoor pool to burn those extra energy moments and a stellar dog wash station with multiple washes. Boarding is available and reasonable from what your fur babies get from it. Give this place a try, thank me later:)

Really appreciate how attentive and caring the staff are towards dogs. Brought my 6 month old puppy in and she was immediately at ease the with Bria, the DogMode employee who ran her daycare interview. Usually it takes her some time to warm up to people but she just ran up to Bria and was an instant fan. The interview itself was held in a small sniffing room where my puppy was graduating introduced to other dogs. After that, she did a trial and Bria even texted to keep me posted on my puppy's progress. They are very transparent, as you can watch all the rooms on YouTube. Puppy got a cute certificate at the end too. I'd definitely bring my puppy back and recommend this place highly
