They gave me an empty tank and said it was full. It should be 800 PSI and it is not. Going back tomorrow to get a full one. This time I'll bring my pressure gauge to fact check them.

Called around to 3 places looking to purchase a tank + argon/co2 gas in 80/125 sizes. Guy I talked to was nice and polite and they were a bit better priced for an owned tank+gas than linde and like 40% less than airgas.

I brought a new C02 tank in to be filled. "Danny", the gentleman that helped me flipped out because the regulator and handle were still on the tank. This the first time I have had a C02 tank filled. I was unaware that those should be removed prior to filling. Either way there is no need to get angry with a customer over something so small. I will be finding another supplier to fill my tank next time.

Excellent selection of welding supplies and welding gases. Exchanged a 75% Argon 25% CO2 tank there for MIG welding.

I didn't catch, but should have, the name of the guy at the front desk. He was SO incredibly rude to me that if I were his boss and overheard our interaction, he would no longer have a job there. He literally took my debit card and threw it at me as if he were refusing to just process my transaction! I cannot wrap my head around the idea of being in business, yet trying to refuse accepting money from a customer, just blows my mind. This was only my 2nd time dealing with these guys. It was simply for a small amount of dry ice. My first time, I called my order in advance mainly because I wasn't familiar with their process. There was some amount of confusion and it did seem like they didn't have a smooth process in place. Once there, I was then told I didn't actually need to call in advance, just come by and they'll get some dry ice for me on the spot, especially since it was such a small amount.Having followed these instruction for round 2, the guy at the front desk acted completely inconvenienced at the fact that I did not call ahead to place an order, yet I was last told something different. The price ended up being 2x what I paid last time and when I commented on that, my debit card was then thrown at me. I was already there and made it clear that I wouldn't ever be doing business with them again anyway, so just process my payment so I can leave. Another employee tried to feed me some excuse about how the cashier had a stroke some years ago and wasn't the same since but honestly, we all have our own issues and I didn't find that justifiable to treat a customer with such an attitude. Plus, if he treated me with that level of disrespect, I have to wonder how many other customers he turns away with his poor service.Granted I may not have been the most pleasant to deal with either, but I simply reacted in kind after being treated so poorly. I might be on the cusp of these so-called lazy, complaining millenials but realistically, what's this guy's excuse?!?!Never again will I go here, and I'll also be going out of my way to tell the welders in my extended family to avoid this company as well. They simply don't deserve my money.
