Pretty standard loading time. Easy backing. If you're in the first 2 doors next to the office, blindside is best if there's a truck next to your assigned door. Still plenty of room for it, it'll be more of an offset

I’m giving 5 stars because I arrived 3.5 hours early for my appointment. I was given a door right away. And as soon as my refer was down to temperature, they started loading me.Thank you Diversified for being nice to drivers.

Had a morning appointment at 10 am check in at 07:30 am got a door right a way , done loading in 15 min , the shipping guy was very nice , im not a local guy so the review is honest .

I got unloaded probably when I wasn’t supposed to but they only had one pallet. My appointment was 9AM and they unloaded me the night before at 10PM. Was out in 5-10 minutes after the shipper decided to load it wrong.

Great place to unload very quick! Nice staff in the front office aswell and will take loads earlier than appt time. My appt was at 10.30 am was backed in before day break to start unload.

Drivers seem to know what they are doing, but they rarely come on the day we expect them for pickup. Which isn't a big deal.The reason for the 3 stars is that every time they come for RTE meat loads, they have the dirtiest trailers we have ever gotten. Send them away to come back with a clean one, and just bring another dirty trailer. QA and USDA do not approve loading dirty trailers, and our schedulers make it very clear we only load clean trailers.In 2 years, I have seen maybe one clean trailer. And one that wasn't a 45 minute sweep/wash. DTS don't take pride in their work. Big-O, can-do, elite, and many others come spotless. Some come with a light sweep. Only DTS comes with filthy trailers.

This is company like any other….you check in and wait…they put you right away on door….unloading times depend on your appointment or mostly on how much they are busy….expect 2-3 hours…..and i would like you guys to see who is posting reviews….i hate when local guide post and give rating 5 stars and they are not even truckers like taking pictures of someone else’s truck and telling yeah they got overnight parking…..they do have overnight parking but is limited…overall is ok company
