Service was acceptable, Price good, turn around good so they get a star for that. BUT I regret washing my lamb leather pants here. They mentioned there might be some color changes on the leather but I brought this in with some crusty food on the pants and they came back with white blotches and fold marks that were not there. In addition to NEW dark PATCHES all over which were not there. And there was STILL CRUSTY food left on them. So 1200 leggings are now all blotched up. Cost me $36 to clean. Should have spot treated them myself but I thought I was doing good by taking them to a professional. DO NOT TAKE LEATHER HERE! :(

I highly recommend Dirks for dry cleaning, pressing and steaming, and for alterations. They do a wonderful and reasonably priced job on alterations.

Absolutely fantastic. I had made the brilliant decision to build a fire in a wood stove in a brand new cashmere sweater, and got soot all over it. I thought it would be impossible to get out, but thought dry cleaning may help. When I brought it in the lady warned me the stains likely wouldn't come out, which I was ok with. When I picked it up my sweater looked brand new! I couldn't believe it. She said her husband tried very hard to get the stains out, and he did an incredible job. I can't recommend this place enough!
Update: I got zinc oxide sunscreen all over the same sweater and they were even able to get THAT out!!!! Amazing place!!

The only place I use in SLC. Quality is always great, prices are great, they always can expedite an item if you’re in a rush, and as a 33 year old adult I like that they give out candy at pickup and drop off…

Great first experience at Dirk's. I dropped off an heirloom quality down comforter that could use a refresh as well as a dress. They set expectations low upon dropoff that stains may or may not be removable (as you probably should with any type of stain removal service) and returned a really high quality clean.My down comforter cost $55 to clean and was returned spotless and white and fluffy (so nice to have the loft back in the down). I'm ecstatic as it is one of my favorite possessions. The dress clean was $20. I have no idea what others would charge but I went to Dirk's because of the reviews that claim fair and reasonable pricing for the results and I'm not disappointed.

Dirk's is the best dry cleaners in the nation, perhaps the world. The couple who run the place are so sweet, always punctual and care about the clothes. Plus they have a drive thru option if you're in a rush, in pajamas, lazy, etc. Nothing but great things to say about this place.Services: Leather & suede cleaning
