Frank is absolutely the best professional I did business with hands down.I had an issue that an AliExpress seller sent me the wrong item. I shipped it back, the screen was damaged during shipping. But the seller made the first mistake otherwise I wouldn't have had to ship it back to China! for $150+!!! and the screen was $312.Now, there was a lengthy dispute I don't want to mention here... Frank advised me to buy the insurance when I shipped to China. I am glad I listened to him! usually I don't buy insurance. When I contacted him about the issue, he asked me for the order details on aliexpress to make sure of the item and its price. He compensated me for it and the shipping!I will definitely ship again with this location, and stick with it. Really satisfied about my experience. Kudos Frank!

Terrible scam of a business. Had a shipping label sent to me to send work equipment back, supposed to cut the entire cost owner knew that i would not need to pay for shipping and charged me $60. Reporting to Department of Workforce Services & Labor MinistryEDIT: Yes, it was sent from that address and heres a picture of my reciept and a picture of my package which was ALREADY packaged and with a shipping label hence no need for a $60 shipping charge.

Franks is amazing. Don't be dissuaded by the other weird reviews here. We've been working with Frank for years, and our shipments have never had an issue. We primarily work with China manufacturing, and our experience with Frank has been 100% positive. I'd trust Frank with any shipment.

Have had my mail delivered here since July of 2020 due to the crappy apartment complex I lived at was having some issues with one mail delivery and two sketchy people breaking into the mailboxes. I have never had an issue at all. The hours are convenient, the man that works there is always friendly too. I know he offers full service postal options as well. Parking is a little limited but honestly I have never had an issue at all. Highly recommend giving them a try.

AAA Postal Shop is my go-to shop for all things postage. Quick, friendly service and a great selection. Envelopes, boxes, postage, and a simple storefront. The perfect business model. Will never buy stamps anywhere else.

Instead of using this place, just go straight to the DHL office out in west valley. These guys wouldn’t ship something, and I went out there and DHL knew all the rules and had no problem shipping.
