The owner or whoever it is that runs this business is truly mentally ill.He wanted to buy an Invacare bed that I had for sale.I delivered the bed, however, I had forgotten to leave the side rails, very simple and understandable oversight on my part.Well upon realizing this, whoever that guy is who runs Deseret Medical immediately began calling me about every 5 minutes and threatening me, he called South Salt Lake police on me attempting to have me arrested, when the officer contacted me by phone he was pretty much like, "this guy is off his rocker, you have done nothing wrong at all, we just have to make contact. If you will just please bring those side rails as soon as you can".After all that he sporadically sends me texts saying, "we're watching you ☠️".......He's NUTZSO!

I was upset, due to an incident. However, they called to correct the issue which was considerate of them. Since that time working with them has been good. Issues or problems arrive everywhere, it's how they are dealt with that is important. I have been pleased with them since.

The staff is super friendly. They will help with your questions about any of the medical equipment. If I ever need their services again I know I can trust them to help. I will send my family or friends in their direction. All I can say is when you have the need for a medical supply company, Deseret Medical has your best interest at heart.

Deseret Medical came to my family's rescue yesterday! We are from Idaho and found ourselves in need of a lift chair for a week following my son's surgery in SLC. Deseret Medical quickly found one for us and delivered it to our Air BnB within hours. My son was finally able to find comfort and get some much needed rest. THANK YOU Deseret Medical!!

Great prices, amazing customer service. They totally go out of their way to help. We use them for our oxygen needs with our NICU graduate baby. The owner is available to speak to if needed for any questions. We switch to them after using A... and we have loved being with them since. They treat you like family. Totally recommend them!

Maya was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond in helping me get a wheelchair for my uncle, even helped with calling the doctor when I was having a hard time getting all of the information needed. She made sure that the wheelchair was delivered before my uncle left town. Thank you!!
