Truly the stupidest people work at this store. Particularly with the collections case. I bought something a week ago and was told they could save it for a few hours. I would have taken it then but it would have been easier to pick up a little later with a different vehicle. Came back a few hours later to pick up and a different worker sold it again, despite it already having a sold tag on it and me purchasing it. It’s been over a week and I’m still super mad about it. Manager explained that they usually only hold things an hour, but that’s not what was communicated to me. Truly infuriating. Super annoying to have to see any of those workers anymore. Felt like they stole a piece from me and I know I’ll never find another like it again. ?

A variety of things, took my mother there, her handbag ? broke while traveling and we found a new (used) handbag extremely reasonable very satisfied, bought a few extra things just because the price was amazing ?
