Great communication. Very fast repairs. Amazing customer service. They take great care of their customers. We hit a deer that caused 20K in repairs. Work was completed in a month. My SUV looks beautiful. After getting our vehicle back our battery died on us. Went back to see if it was possibly related to our accident. They covered it for us and quickly swapped out a new one free of charge same day. They made a mess of a stressful situation very simple and quick.

I would highly recommend Valley Collision to anyone! Guillermo was fantastic to work with and kept me up to date on the status of my car throughout the entire process. They even finished ahead of schedule and the work was very well done. Looks like a brand new car again.

Our vehicle was rear ended while we were stopped at a traffic light. Sadly, we were in Utah visiting family and required local repairs (before a long drive home).
We called Valley Collision after a referral from a friend. After some quick reference checking, and based primarily upon a fantastic initial phone call with Caleb (service rep), we had them do the work.
We lucked out! The education we got was spot on, the interactions with our insurance company were expedited and the communication was exceptional. The vehicle was repaired on time and the quality of the repairs were fabulous.
We are thrilled with Valley Collision and give them our highest ratings!

From my first interaction to when i picked up my truck, Valley Collision has been amazing to work with. Not only is my truck better than new, they stayed within my estimated budget (which was a competitive estimate btw,) sent me daily update texts on its progress, and got it back to me when they said they would. I cant say enough good things about this place. You should give them a try!

I do not recommend these people. I threw my car away, they held me. I brought the part that was missing from the car. According to them, they couldn't find it anywhere. I bought it and took it to them. They told me that they only needed one day for the part, and now they say two weeks. They are thieves. Do not bring your car here.

Cannot Say Enough GREAT About both my experiences this year with Repairs from Valley Collision!!! (Valley Collision has worked on my vehicle 2 different times this year due to being hit in 2 different accidents). Both times, I have been So Happy with the repairs!!!
