Longgggg pharmacy lines and no apologies they don’t check the vm’s for scripts doctors call in which made a 5 min pick up turn to a 4+ hour ordeal. Try Costco.

Website lists that they will take infant passport photos so we made the drive from an hour away. very rude employee was unwilling to help or even try.

I called in my new insurance before it was time to pick up my meds and at the window you tell me my insurance isn't accepted here. You guys really aren't anything special at all. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

This cvs is by far the worst store I’ve visited. They have two bathrooms that are only reserved for their staff and customers are denied access. As a convenience store with a pharmacy that provides human with health assistance it is ridiculous for customers to not be able to access a basic need such as the use of the toilet.

I just had a telephone conversation with the pharmacist. It was a first-rate experience. She was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. I have been there in person before for vaccinations and had similarly pleasant experiences.

I've sworn this store off many times in the past, but this time I'm really done. Beyond rude employees; i think there may be one girl who works here that is friendly. Several times I've sat waiting to pick up an Rx for nearly an hour. Today i tried to buy two items that were labeled 2/$5 not once but twice on the shelf and was told, "We don't make those prices." Huh? "We don't make those prices." What are you even talking about dude?This is just the beginning of my gripes about this dump. I don't have anymore time to waste on it. What a miserable shopping experience this place is. Over it.

I came in on 11/16/23 for a covid shot and a flu shot. The woman who waited on me and gave me my immunizations was excellent... very friendly and professional. I wish I knew her name so I could personalize this review. I could not ask for better service.When I was done at the pharmacy I decided to do a little shopping. I brought my items to the checkout and there was nobody in sight. I looked around and waited for about three minutes and nobody showed up to help me. I returned the items to the shelves and on my way out the door I noticed there was still nobody at the checkout stand. I will NEVER shop here again because the service was terrible... pretty much non-existent! I would get future immunizations here though because I was very pleased with the professionalism at the Pharmacy.

CVS is a great place to shop for bargains with their coupons you can get in the store. Customer Service is excellent. CVS has products that Walgreen’s, Target and Walmart do not have. I am very impressed with their product selections.

Every ~single~ time I have to call CVS and use their automated system, I GREATLY consider changing pharmacies. It is by far the most inconvenient and frustrating phone automation system I’ve ever dealt with; I know there’s nothing the actual staff can do about it, but it is a consistently miserable experience.-written while on hold
