Very kind and personable pharmacists who truly care about helping the customers!I had called in with some questions and ended up going inside a few days later and they remembered me!They’re fast and love that they have a text system so I can be easily notified when my prescription is ready.

I RECENTLY HAD 2 GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH THE PHARMACY EMPLOYEE NATHAN. FIRST WAS A FLU SHOT AND HE WAS PERSONABLE AND VERY FRIENDLY. 2ND WAS A PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING WITH MY DAUGHTERS HEALTH INSURANCE DENYING HER MEDICATION. NATHAN FOUND THE PROBLEM AND SOLVED IT QUICKLY AND WAS SUPER HELPFUL SO I COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE IF NECESSARY. THANKS NATHAN!

A well stuffed pharmacy and store. Friendly and helpful cashier's. Great inventory for all holidays here. Self check out kiosk machines and an ATM machine. A wonderful store.

Went in this morning after an instacare appointment to get a prescription for my baby. The prescription wasn't ready, which I understood. We were packing to leave town, and ran back on our way out, and I walked in right at 1:30 as they were closing their gate, and asked if I could please get my prescription for my son. The tech was very rude in her response and told me I had to come back at 2:30. When I told her I was literally leaving out of town and I needed my prescription she replied that their registers are shut off and won't work. I understand setting boundaries when you're closing for lunch, but there was absolutely no effort made to help me. I'm a nurse and patients come into our clinic minutes before closing and we still assist them, and if we can't, we absolutely aren't rude to our patients like that. We have had issues with Walgreens pharmacies, now I guess CVS needs to be put on the list also.

The manner that this pharmacy treats customers is disgusting. I have been trying for 3 days to get my daughters prescriptions transferred to a new pharmacy and can't get anyone at this location to complete the transfer. I was told they "didn't care" that she was out of medication for 2 days because they had vaccines to give. Shaun the pharmacy manager actually refused to do the transfer after I waited 39 minutes on hold. He said he "might be able to get to it tomorrow". I've already been waiting 3 days for him to get to it and he gave me a maybe. It's unreal.

Staff is always rude on the phone. Pharmacy is always running out of medication's putting patients on the waiting lists. Absolutely the worst staff on the telephone. How does this Pharmacy ever stay in business. Time to bounce to another one.

This pharmacy is absolutely awful! It used to be great but the customer service is awful, they are slow, rude, and barely managing. The target pharmacy was awesome, loved all the staff. When CVS took over it slowly started going downhill. Now it is so bad we are switching pharmacies after 15 years at this one. This is my first google review, it was necessary to let others know what a mess this place is!

Why am I told through their automated phone service my prescriptions are ready... and then when I get there to pick it up they aren't ready at all. Literally every time. Then they say I have to call on the phone and speak with someone to get my prescriptions filled. That'd work but no one ever answers the phones. So what the hell is the point of a automated phone system and or pharmacists that never answer the phones. Same song and dance every time just to get stuff refilled. Clown operation.

I always have a good experience when picking up prescriptions! I had a prescription sent over 8 minutes before their lunch and Nathan made sure I got my meds before their lunch break. He always goes above and beyond for all customers!

Friday evening 2/3/23Very heartless rude Pharmacist. Short staffed and very unhappy crew. I was told on the phone by a female pharmacy tech that they had a certain medication in stock and that I could come down and fill- We loaded up the minivan and drove 30 minutes in rush our traffic to fill my son’s prescription. We waited 15 minutes in line, When we made it to the counter and the pharmacist saw I had new insurance and hadn’t filled at that location previously, he turned me away saying “I can only fill for our loyal customers”. I almost cried- I felt so mistreated and misled. I have filled with cvs in previous years for my husband and various other prescriptions on a different insurance plan and at a location closer to my home. I couldn’t believe what I had just heard.
