They are very rude people, they don't give you a solution, they gave me the wrong medication and when I went to change it they told me they couldn't change it when it was their fault.

HORRIBLE! Got in line for the drive through pharmacy window at 1915 and got up to the window at 2005. They closed the window on us… I understand what time you close- but I’ve been in the line for almost an hour. You could serve those in line before closing or let people know that they just won’t be served prior to waiting almost an hour.Coming back the next day- the wait is STILL BAD. Y’all ever seen a car drive through rocks and bushes to escape it’s been so long?? Each car takes a solid 30+ minutes… what are y’all struggling with??

One of the friendliest cashiers I've encountered works here. Helpful in assertive ways - even helped me find the product I was really looking for instead of the one I was subbing. Ignore all the way old bad reviews and give them a try.

I use this pharmacy and I have a high volume of prescriptions currently in my life and I always have to call in to refill everything.For the most part everyone here is always kind to me. I've randomly had an employee lash out at me a about which day to pick it up. I think she was over-worked, or frustrated or having bad day. I'm pretty sure she realized her hiccup by my kind response.I've had some bad experiences, and when struggling with mental health, and needing a high volume of medicine, it takes some patience and I appreciate this CVS's overall efforts in their pharmacy. 90% of the time is a good, smooth experience. Thank you guys so much! My medicine is very important in my life and I appreciate it being managed so well.

I find hard to belive they are a place that sells medicine and other important needs and i see they close at 10 so i rush over and arrive 9:52 and they are closed they should have the closing time set to 9:50 so people dont think that even though they are only 2 minutes away they can still make it and find it closed

This cvs pharmacy has alots of skin care and before work out , hair hygien, l usually like to go there to get some body cream for me and my familly and l also like every skin product comes with soap . Last time l went there with my daughter she get very good toys there . I even get very good cold and pain products. And is very easy to find things there.

My husband and I went into the pharmacy it was about 1:10 pm and gave our new insurance and let the tech know we needed a print out of our Rx payments from 2022 tech stated he will need to ask his boss. The tech was struggling and we were waiting and waiting finally he figured it out and the pharmacist manager was closing up for lunch break I remind the tech we needed the print out he asked the manager Lizand she walked past and said” Not right now I’m taking my lunch” are you kidding me we have been there before the 1:30 lunch worse customer service and attitude. We were waiting to find out if there was a manager and a lady in front of us was also complaining of the pharmacy.I went and made a complaint to the store manager Molly very nice lady.

Came to do a deal I found in the ad. I had my 3 kids 6 and under with me. They only had one cart, a car one, that I had to put my baby in, it was not the safest option for her. Then I brought all of the stuff up, and none of it ring up on sale. I gave up and left. Double checked the ad and app when I got home, and it should have worked. Left frustrated and without the stuff that I really needed.

Store are no different then 4 years ago....most products are expired and OR very close...new people all the time because corporate will not ckean it's own house and get some people that can improve the place and implement better policy on products and coupons.....needs A COMPLETE OVERHAUL....SICK OF TGE SAME OLD TIRED POLICIES AND THEM USING THE PEOPLE AT TGE BOTTOM TO TRY AND CLEAN UP THE CORPORATIONS PROBLEMS !

The sales associates at CVS for extremely helpful and educating me about a large variety of hair products. There were so many wonderful hair products to choose from, that I almost couldn’t find what I wanted because I had so many choices. However when I detailed the issues I was having with my hair, the associate immediately helped me Vet the products side-by-side and choose what was best for the condition I was seeking to solve. They were educated friendly and certainly not just after every penny that was in my pocket. They wanted my hair to be fixed just like I did!

So had my Rx sent here and saw that I could have it delivered so paid for the delivery only to find out that even though it doesn't say it anywhere you have to sign for them. Then I figure ok well at least I paid for them WRONG since they were not delivered the Rx cost is refunded to your card which of course doesn't happen for how ever many days. I have high blood pressure and needed these.

Love this store inside and drive thru I come here for my prescriptions and inside my kids love to see what they have toys coloring books perfumes so much more
