I went into this location in desperate need of a phone because the phone I had was no longer taking a charge. The man was very helpful to push me into buying a $250.00 phone knowing I had no choice. However it wasn't until I went to another location that I saw the exact same phone for only $80.00 I feel I was completely taken advantage of. And he seize the moment..... You got me....

I am so disgusted. I went in to pay my phone bill and your employee Marcelino with the blonde hair helped me and as we were finishing up he asked me if I had or knew where to any blue fentanyl pills. This location is so unprofessional and ridiculous.

I was here a month ago. The sales rep sold me the wrong product (not giving me a chance to REALLY look at them), so I didn't realize it until I got to my place. Went back and she said she got in touch with the manager, who she said told herthey shouldn't take back an unused product bought 10 minutes before, they couldn't return my money spent, but I could buy the right product if I paid IN CASH. I told her she could just take the product and give me back my money. She proceeded to call the cops and say I was harassing her. Gave police info that SHE is the manager, and gave them her name. I said I would report it to corporate, now that I had the name; she proceeds to tell the cops "that's not my real name, I only use that name for work". I stepped outside to try and call my card provider to file a dispute (keep in mind, at that point she had put the product back on the shelf); and she locked the store. Once the cops showed up, she handed them the product to give me, and asked that they give me a no trespass (not a problem, there's a reason I had switched carriers a year before). All in all, completely bad experience. I will NEVER recommend anyone go through cricket, and if they do, avoid this store at ALL COSTS!

I went in and got a upgrade with ppp and the young lady there I believe her name was jackie,dude let me tell you she's the best !! I will start going through her for now on ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Cricket is never open on time ,I went there today ,and the store was closed , I went back and they are just barely opening up at 11:40am smh

It's 749 pm they close at 8 pm and they shut the lights off and made it so we can't make a payment.

I went in last week a couple of hours before closing. I was helped by two women or whatever they identify as. They were really helpful and got me the phone I wanted. This location seems to always be in stocked as well.

When I went that day they were already help couple of customers. So while I wait me turn, I look at the phones to see which one I would to get. I only have wait about 5mins before the lady come to help me. She was very friendly and helpful. The process of switching my number and set up my account was easy and pretty fast.
