My mom is on my plan and she lost her phone last night. We went in this morning and Rosie, the store manager, helped us out. She was amazing!
She made everything super easy and fast. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and genuine and obviously wanted us to have a good experience. I wish there was a Rosie at every place I had to go!

This place is never open when they say they are online. They have a whole line of customers waiting and no one has shown up. We all left and went to the a different store. Literally, in a line.

Maggie and Adi at this location are the sweetest most helpful people I've ever had the honor of having help me with my payment/phone issues!! They are caring about your personal situation and don't beat around the bush when helping you to the fullest!! I highly recommend giving them a visit to help with any cricket needs!! Worst place to buy a phone if your black or white she only treats haspanics good I bought a iphone one week ago got the protector and all the screen protector pops off and breaks when I take it back all she said was owell I can sale you another one for 25 dollars very rude about it I will never go their as long as I am black what is this world coming to this is the worst store 8n the worldIf you are black or white your not welcome their and you will feel it soon as you open the door

The lady who was "helping" me had remained in the back of the store for 10-15 minutes and kept yelling that she'd be right up. When she eventually came up, she said she was looking for her mask... But she came up WITH NO MASK ON. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I came to the store wanting to stop our service and instead we got the royal treatment from Juan. He completely hooked us up with the best service and information we have ever received from Cricket. He’s an amazing sales representative and we are happy we got him as our rep. We will definitely tell our friends about this Cricket location and Juan!!!!
