Sherry at this location had the best customer service I've ever witnessed. My wife was in the hospital and broke her phone. We had to send my fiances father in to get a phone replaced. He was in and out in 20 minutes! Not only did she keep the whole experience pain free, my fiance also got a phone of superior quality without much information to go off of Sherry was there every step of the way. Thank you Sherry

Sherry is amazing! Received new phone in the mail and after 2 days of it not working properly I took into her store. I did not purchase this phone through her location but she was happy to help me get it going anyway.

This is the only Cricket store that my wife and I will come to from now on!! Sherry was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Sherry helped me figure out my phone issue and she was so nice while she was helping me!! You all need more employees like her that really love their job and go above and beyond for the customers!!!

All the rep was concerned with was making a sale. I was lied to and upon returning to fix the problem the rep rolled his eyes and sighed loudly as if I was only there to harrass or something.

Absolutely wonderful experience switching to Cricket at this store. Taylen was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions about what a switch from Xfinity Mobile to Cricket would entail. The entire process was seamless and took approx no more than 10 min from start to finish. I am so impressed and so glad to have made the switch! Thank you, Taylen!

The only cricket I’ll go to! Taylen and Sherry were the best when it came to me finding solutions for my phone! They were hospitable and knowledgeable and made my experience pleasant. I highly recommend this space if you are looking for help and friendliness when it comes to a staff.

I called customer service, I tried the app I even called other locations (which all 3 went to a voicemail that wasn't set up) finally got ahold of Sherri (sorry if I spelled that wrong). This girl went above and beyond her job. After a day and a half my stolen phone was suspended and locked out. Pretty disappointed with crickets customer support. Pretty grateful some people are still willing to try a little harder. Thank you Sherri.
