The phone is a scam and the supervisor is a lying sack. Unless you deal meth then you don't need the service.

I went there to get technical repair done on my phone but the best that one person could offer is talk to the company that made it. I went to another cricket store and they tried but they did a lot better than "talk to the company". The first place didn't even try
