Like the people below who had very bad dealings with Crankshaft Grinders, I join the LONG list of very unhappy disatisified customers, in that the results having them do anything that requires machining or engine assembly is PURE bad. They were suppose to hot tank my engine before starting any machining of the block but tey didn't and after assembly 3 main journals and bearings were trashed due to there POOR PRE-PREPARATION and manditory deep cleaning. After this fiasco I was informed that if there was any issue if you assembeled your engine, you were on your own as there was no Indication anywhere that this was there POLICY, that they don't warrantee there PISS POOR WORK. Even after they assembeled my engine and I got it put back together and in my truck they gave me BOGUS assembly information and ultimately a hydraulic lifter failed (probably cheap parts) they wouldn't stand behind there so called "quality work and machining warrantee and assembly) efforts. WARNING: If you want nothing but failures, bogus claims and total excuses, and infinite number of problems blaming others for there failures, DO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BY HAVING THEM DO ANYKIND OF MACHINe OR ASSEMBLY WORK. You will regret it and have many issues only to learn, there workers are machinists not auto mechanics and they don't know anything about the internal combustion engine.Thanks Brady, you are at top of the list of RIP OFF AND CON ARTISTS claiming to be be honest and representative of good work. You can be sure I will help spre4ad the word about how bad things have gotten in the automotive industry

Came to get a woodruff key taken out of my crank that I’ve had issues with it. Very very friendly and helpful. Got it out within a few minutes lol they will definitely have my business in the future!

Took my engine head to get checked/resurfacedThe first quote was 340$ for everything we agreed on and I was ok with itIt was supposed to be done in one week never got a called so I went to the shop 2 weeks after and I asked bout the progress of the headThey told me it needed more work so they added a lot of parts/labor WITHOUT my permission or even callo me .! So added up 350$ moreTotal was gonna be “610”The day I went to pick up the head they literally added another extra 100$ because they didn’t Remember talking to me before .! Never going back or recommending any of my friends

Built me an engine… got a rod nock in less than 10 miles. They told me it ran out of oil but it was full of oil and had a brand new $500 oil pump.

This used to be the place to go for me and most people I know under new management now and haven't had one engine that didn't need to come back out for rework of some sort sad to see a good place fall. 2 stars because of what it used to be.

I dropped off my Hemi heads for some machine work and they did a great job on them and the turn around time was less than a week. The price for the work was more than reasonable. I will be recommending their service to anyone that needs machine work.
