The absolute worst Pharmacist I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Getting management involved exacerbated his rudeness. This being the third time I've had identical problems with the same person. The particular medication I am on is also used for Gender-Reassignment and I believe his bias is showing.

Told a 45 min wait for a prescription that was called in because when I showed up they handle the queue in order of arrival. They should have a mechanism to put people that are waiting in person in a different queue so we aren’t waiting behind people that won’t show up for hours or days to pick up their scripts.I did ask them to talk to the pharmacist and tell them I was waiting. They filled the script in 15.

Worst experiences ever - abrupt, dispassionate to the point of meanness, impatient when what they are saying is not consistent with other Costco experiences. Never had a good experience at this Costco. Have been without meds for months because of "shortage" and experiencing significant distress; they could care less or be bothered to give a millimeter of caring.

Saw the one star review and it annoyed me enough to come write a review. I've been using this pharmacy for years. It was the cheapest when I had no insurance and great now that I have insurance. The staff are always looking for ways for me to save money and are friendly. I get my vaccines from here. Great location!

I have been using the Costco Pharmacy for several months now. The employees in the pharmacy department are always pleasant to work with and have gotten all my meds into the system to let me know when I need to order refills. They quickly let me know if I have a prescription that has expired and if given permission they get hold of my doctor quickly. No problems at all, just lots of smiles!

If I could give a zero I would. I changed all our prescriptions to Costco after speaking to a customer service employee over the phone. She was wonderful, patient, and asked me all the appropriate info including my insurance information and Good RX info. Arrived to pick up scripts and the customer service rep at the Murray pharmacy was awful. She was incredibly rude, insulting and not helpful. They did not honor the Good RX as I was told they would and reason I transferred to them . I paid 4 times for the prescriptions because I needed them immediately but wow scam artist and awful humans. Don't fill through Costco!

I used to use my local Rite-Aide. That is until I learned (this was YEARS ago) that a medication my doc prescribed was not covered by my insurance plan. It was still under its 10 year exclusive patent, thereby, no generic substitute existed. I was a self pay customer for this astoundingly expensive name brand drug. I paid $650.00 a month for about six months. Then, my doc mentioned that Costco only charges $74.00 for the exact same drug! No wonder our neighborhood Rite-Aid split for good!! All I can say is, good riddance you lousy crooks!Costco rocks it in every single way.?
