We worked with Ramin at Evertops for our kitchen remodel. The kitchen slabs were measured, cut, polished, and installed as expected. Ramin told us that the quartzite product was already SEALED (ready to go). I called the supplier at Consentino who informed me that the invoice definitely stated the product was NOT SEALED which explained why I was getting dark spots in my countertop. In addition, the electrical cutouts were too small and needed minor adjustment. Ramin lied that he would make it up to us, take care of these issues, and return the leftover slab (8 months ago). Evertops was fully paid (9-10 months ago). Lesson learned: Don't pay Evertops/Ramin in full unless you're 100% satisfied with their work first! Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company.

I had a great experience with Evertops. They provided exactly what I wanted, were quick and were less than all the other quotes.

Terrible customer service. My window trims were poorly cut, with obviously a dull blade, creating burn marks with far too much clearance. Here is the direct quote from Ramin the salesman. "Thanks for the pics. That window trim might use some kind paint to give it a nice look. And too tight we cannot cut because stone installation could be problematic then. "It should not be my responsibility to fix their mess ups. And also, how could a wood trim ruin a stone countertop upon installation. Especially since the other two pieces of trim, in the house, aren't burnt and have no clearance and look good. They insured they would be done with my house by 2:00, when my wife had to leave. Then, 2:00 came and they weren't done so my wife had to leave the house to two strangers, and unable to check on their finished work, which left the trim unpresentable. When initially measuring the kitchen for the job, I was told, by the man measuring, he would deliver the left over slab, and he told me they would polish three sides of it, and that it is no big deal and then I saw him make notes to get it polished. Then when it arrived unpolished and I asked Ramin, he told me don't communicate with the fabricator, and run it by him instead. So Evertops clearly has no communication between their team. Then Ramin informed me to bring the huge and heavy slab back to them, have them polish it, and then come grab the thing. Which is a huge hassle. And when I asked if they could grab it when they are out on other jobs, he said it would be easier if I just brought it in.Not only did he breeze over the burnt trim pieces, but he continually demanded me to settle my bill with. Feeling pressured and guilty, I did. I wish I would have held the payment from them until my trim was fixed. How could 3k in counters leave my trim looking this bad.I will not recommend them to anyone.

Not only did the owner Ramin have incredibly poor customer service touting that it’s ok to treat customers poorly because I won’t find anyone else as quickly but on top of a terrible conversation with him, where he back tracked to wanting my business after learning I have a highly followed remodel Instagram, he measured my counters wrong and order stole material from me that I had purchased. When I switched fabricators mid job he said I could pick up my slab I purchased from them. Well suddenly the slab was now two short and his installer had no idea why saying that the owner/ sales person didn’t plan correctly and there was not enough slab to finish the job. Radio silence from them when I brought this to their attention. I do a lot of remodel business and never have been treated so poorly and incurred hidden charges and poor calculations. There are a lot of other companies to chose from and willing to be honest fair and quick. Do yourself a favor and shop around for an honest company who wants and values your business!

Sales are liars and scammers but they have a big selection of stone and was the only place I could find that could get the stone I wanted and do the job in a timely fashion. The two stars are for Pedro he was very professional and great installer probably the only honest person I talked to at Evertop.

Best in Utah. Service was incredibly fast, professional, and our new counters looks amazing. José and the crew were stellar, I highly recommend.

5 stars from me. Everything went perfect. This was 2 countertops for 2 bathroom vanities. The selections were plentiful. They had exactly what I had been looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else. The schedule and customer communication was flawless and the cutting of the sink hole and installation of the countertop (including the sides ) was perfect. Thanks Johnny, Fernando, and Brian.

We worked with Jocelyn and she was wonderful! She listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, and our new 85” bathroom countertop is gorgeous! They even have under mount sinks to complete the job. The entire experience from our initial visit, fabrication, and installation was perfect! Our countertop is so gorgeous, our neighbors immediately came in to see it, and went to Evertops on the same day to order countertops for 2 of their bathrooms. Thank you Jocelyn!!

Excellent product, awful service.I was very surprised by my experience with this store. I had heard incredible things from two different people, but I personally did not have a great experience. My husband and I went into the showroom, were walked through a bunch of options, and were told to email our dimensions for a bid. Once we accepted the bid and paid half the cost of the counters as a down payment, we were told we would get the template for process done.I had to call to initiate the templating appointment and get it on the schedule. After the templating was done, I was told we could schedule the installation. Two days after the template was done, I hadn't heard anything. I called them, and they said usually the install would be two weeks later. I asked if that was the case, and they said, "Uh- I guess. I'll pencil you in." Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything from them again… I called them to ask if it was still on the schedule that day and they said, "Yes- from 3-5 pm." That day at 4:00 pm, they called telling me they couldn't install that day. WHAT? They had made me disconnect my plumbing and electrical to prepare for the install and then they weren't coming that day. They said they would be there the next day between 3-5 pm...Come 4:30 pm the next day, they hadn't arrived yet. This was the Friday afternoon before Easter weekend, so I really didn’t want my kitchen disassembled for all of the festivities and family parties that weekend. My husband called, they said that their crew was packed and ready to go, and would be there "soon." By 6:45, no crew! We called the cell phone number of our salesperson, no answer. We texted her, she said she would figure it out. By this point I was honestly worried I was getting scammed. It was all so fishy... The installers finally showed up at 8:30 pm. They stayed until almost 11:00 PM! PM! They were so annoyed that they were there that late. Well- so was I! Granted- I’m glad we had the cell number of our rep and that the install crew came at all- it would have been easy not to…My countertop is beautiful. So beautiful! However, I kind of wonder if it would have ever gotten installed if I didn't instigate every. single. step.

If you want great service, a wide selection, fair prices and honesty, Evertops is the company for you. Talk with Johnny Rodriguez. He's the best. Another granite company, Stone Depot, had a signed contract to install a new countertop but cancelled the day before installation saying they needed 3 more weeks -- on top of the 3 that had already been given. Not only did Johnny immediately help me out, he did a "rush order" and had the countertop installed in 5 business days! This was crucial because I was facing an important appraisal and the house needed to be finished. Thank you EverTops. Thank you Johnny. Here are pictures of the finished job. The countertop has added so much value to the bathroom along with the new tile.

I've dealt with a number of quartz shops in the valley, ranging from the biggest (Aspen Countertops) who did my kitchen and master bedroom, to the smallest (a guy off of facebook with a tiny shop). Evertops is the best in my opinion because their pricing is transparent and very fair. They give you the option to just buy the slab alone, but also give you a fair quote on the fabrication. I generally fabricate myself because of all the issues I've had in the past with the other guys making poor cuts, or generally not caring enough, or being in too much of a rush. So I haven't used Evertops for fabrication yet... I may give them a shot for my next project.

Evertops just did our kitchen at our family condo in Park City and it turned out beautifu! Joslyn and her team were just a dream to work with. Our job wasn't the biggest, but we sure were treated like it was and we sure appreciated that. They were quick and so precise. Will most certainly use them for any future countertop or tile needs.

My husband Ryan and I were having a tough time finding a supplier 3 weeks before Thanksgiving until we found Evertops. They were pretty booked up but sacrificed their personal time after work hours to fit us in. They assured us that they could hook us up on the install before Thanksgiving and boy oh boy did they come through for us on that service!! They literally installed today and did such an amazing job on our island that I had to review straight away!! Lol the waterfall countertop is flawless!!! We are thoroughly impressed and satisfied and highly recommend Evertops if you are understanding, on a budget and pressed for time!! We will definitely do business there again! Tha k you for your impeccable service Evertops!!

We had just moved into our home and discovered that our basement granite countertop needed to be cut to allow our refrigerator to fit. Eduardo and Edgar came out and did the job! I appreciated Eduardo texting me a few times in the morning to give me an estimate on when he'd be out. They were super friendly and did a fine job.

Working with Ramin was wonderful. He was always prompt in answering questions and was very knowledgeable. Install was flawless too. Best sub we used for our kitchen remodel.
