They have been helping us every step of the way, from transition, installment, and maintenance of our printing. Not only are they professional, they are very kind in their way of doing business. If you are looking for a printing solutions for your office, Competitive Edge is a great option. They have done wonders for our parish here at Sacred Heart.

I can't say enough good about the wonderful people at The Competitive Edge and about the service they provide. We have been a client of theirs for a number of years. If I ever need anything or have questions, they are quick to respond and help in any way they can. They are about more than selling a product; they make you feel like a friend. I would highly recommend them!

I am so impressed with this company. When Xerox didn't want to work with us on a very unique problem, Carol and Dan saw that we were taken care of. I can't tell you enough how wonderful they are. They actually care about their clients rather than the bottom line ($$$). I will forever attest to what amazing people and company this is. Do not hesitate for even a moment if you have the opportunity to work with them.

These guys have been excellent. Getting used to new features on new equipment has never been easy, especially when you get a fully loaded machine. The crew at Competitive Edge and Xerox have done a great job of helping us to maximize the capabilities of the machine for our unique print jobs that are thick stock/saddle stitch/presentation quality etc.I heard rumors that the folks prior to Dan and his crew didn't do the customers any favors. I am glad that Dan has been able to right the ship and put customers first.We like to have machines that have all of the features, even though we don't max out the duty cycle of the class of machine we buy. We are more interested in the quality and the machine is working wonderfully. It took some tweaking, but they all do. What matters to us is a vendor that will help work through the issues. We had a machine from the large local vendor that was a nightmare, as was there service. The Competitive Edge folks really have helped us a great deal.Lastly, we chose these guys for 2 reasons.#1 Trust. We felt that after having had a very negative experience with another vendor, that we needed someone who would do what they said they were going to do. We haven't been disappointed.#2 Predictable cost. There are so many moving parts in a copier lease. The Xerox lease was clean. No excess toner use charges. No charges for blank pages on the second half of an 11x17, no up charges for color when the other half of the 11x17 is black, no charges for cover stock where no toner is laid down. All of these things were being charged by the other guys. We knew going into it that the Xerox contract was not the cheapest. After several months of usage, we now know that we can be comfortable in what the machine is costing. There isn't any black magic in the calculations that we experienced with the other two major vendors in the valley. In the end, we are being billed without surprises.We would absolutely use The Competitive Edge and Dan again.Disclaimer: I don't work for Xerox and am not affiliated in any way.
