Chloe was amazing to help us design our closet unit exactly the way we wanted. After measuring our area, she designed it and then it took several zoom meetings and texts to get it exactly the way we wanted. We haven’t got it installed yet – that will be the beginning of February – but we’re really excited and grateful for her attentive help.

I can't think of anyone I've done business with this year that has impressed me more in terms of honesty and integrity than Closet Factory, Salt Lake City. And they build a great product too!

My closet project was handled with kid gloves from start to finish. Victoria met with me, saw the space and designed closets she felt would work best for me. Scheduling and installation were as agreed upon. Mike did a wonderful job with the install, taking time to explain the features of the products. He was organized, meticulous, clean and efficient.I was amazed that the design came to life and Victoria didn’t even need to be on site!! I am so visual and hands-on - I cannot envision anything in advance. It all came together so easily, from my perspective.Kathy and Bruce were simply fabulous to work with!!The entire team understands that this is not simply a construction project- more accurately their designs and products provide Lifestyle Enhancements. They appreciate how important it is to start your day in an orderly, beautiful and organized space. I am going through some significant life changes, and I feel so strongly that my closets and being organized are helping me to move forward through this life transformation.I feel that these beautifully designed closets are a true investment in my future and in my home. Got our closet last week.Meiby and Landis did a great job during installation. Luke the designer he understood what we wanted and designed as per our requirement. We were first skeptical to use closets by designs but after seeing their work we are happy that we did the right thing.

Overall not impressed. It seems Closet factory prides themselves on custom work but our closet & pantry build was far from complex. Subpar work at an above average price point compared to other companies. In addition, proper expectations for timeframe of work completion were not set/met. C-

I am not an easy customer. However, Closet Factory and my designer, Julie Popa, were incredible to work with from design to installation. I needed a couple of shelves for an installation that was done 25 years ago by a company that doesn't exist anymore. Not only was Closet Factory able to match an obsolete color, they even threw in an extra shelf, just in case.No one else would even try, because the job was too small.These guys are great.

Great company with a very high-quality product! A couple years ago, we used Closet Factory for laundry room and garage installations. The beautiful and solid garage cabinets and laundry room counter top increased our home organization. Now, we’ve used Closet Factory again to design and install a beautiful and life-enhancing master bedroom closet and guest bedroom closet in our home. I'm not sure how this company only has 3 stars. Our experience has been FANTASTIC from the design to installation. I am a very indecisive person and our designer Jen was incredibly helpful and so patient with me. She helped me design the most amazing master closets (his and hers) and laundry room! I met with Wendy and Bruce prior to finalizing our designs and they were just as helpful. They took time in the design center (as they were closing) to show me each item on our design, which I'm so grateful for! and our installer Mike couldn't have been any better! He made a couple small changes without hesitation, kept in touch through the whole process, has a ton of experience and made our spaces look AMAZING!!!! I've referred a couple friends to The Closet Factory already and will only use them for future projects!

The driver for this company is the most unsafe driver I have ever seen in my life. For the two miles we were on the same stretch of highway, he weaved in and out of traffic causing multiple people to slam on their brakes. He only used his blinker after he was halfway into the lane. If this is how the company is represented on the road, I cannot imagine that they have the best intentions for your business.

Thanks for making our master closet functional! The design process was great. Appreciated the ideas from our designer and her willingness to make edit after edit to our plan to get it just right. Install took a while to schedule--but the installer arrived on the scheduled date. He was meticulous and left the job clean. We are super happy with the end result.
