I had fraudulent charges on my account which I reported, did not hear anything back from the fraud department. Everything seemed to be squared away, even went to the extent of opening another account with chase. Then I was trying to move funds from one account to the other. Their system had an error so I tried to do the transfer several times.. now my account is restricted, and they refused to give me my money that I've worked for! I have called customer service probably over 20 times to try to retrieve my money, and I am being told I cannot have my money! Please be careful when banking here because they will take your hard-earned money without any explanation other than your account is being reviewed. If you want to not have access to your money randomly and not be able to pay your car payment or feed your kids bank here!

This is more directed at chase bank than the individuals who work here. Chase closed my cards without any warning and then wants to charge me money to access my own money. I can’t access with digital wallets, don’t have a card and can’t use the ATM. Don’t bank at Chase. Low interest rates, more fees than a dealership, they randomly close your cards without warning, automated system is no help, the list goes on.

i would give it zero stars if it were an option. their atm takes your money without getting credit. and they offer zero solutions.

Condescending and arrogant attitude. Stay away from this location and drive to Foothill instead. I got much better service there.

I talked to Doug over the phone and he was so amazing, didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed and helped me figure things out fast and even let me know how to do it on the app for the future. Great service.

This branch has the bare minimum services. Came to make a wire transfer and they didn't have a banker there to do it.

I've paid off 80% of an auto loan I have with chase within 1 year. I'm over 3 years ahead on this loan and yet, because of an issue they had with their auto payment system, I have a ding on my credit report where I have a 30 day late payment because I could not pay through their auto payment system after 6 months of successful payments. It took me 5 hours on the phone for chase to figure out the issue on THEIR end. Despite this, they would not remove the late payment report.

I don't leave a lot of these reviews, but I wanted to take the time to write this one because I was appalled... while in the branch recently, I overheard one of the tellers--her name started with a T, if I remember correctly it was Tracy or Theresa--use the word 'retarded' to describe something negatively. As a former educator who worked with children with special needs and witnessed first hand the detrimental impact this word can have on individuals, I abhor its usage, particularly by a 'professional' in a place of business where it is easily overheard and hurtful. This is certainly not the way I would want my business portrayed to the public. I highly suggest some remedial sensitivity training. In the meantime, I won't be in a hurry to visit this branch anytime soon.
