APPALLED HOW LAZY & RUDE!!! We walked in this afternoon to have one document notarized. Told the teller we were account holders and he said he’d have to go talk with the notary. He came back and said she was “full for the day.” There was not another soul in the bank and we could literally see her sitting at her desk doing nothing. We asked “too busy for one signature?” And he said, yes. We then notified him that we were actually account holders in their private bank and still, they did nothing. We were appalled at this interaction. So, we left. This is likely the final straw and we will be pulling our personal and business accounts from JPM Chase. They treat their clients terribly and have become more of a hassle than it’s worth to work with them. We are still dumbfounded by the fact that the notary sat at her desk from across the bank with no one else around and confirmed she was too busy to assist an account holder for five minutes or less. Never again at this location and likely done with Chase entirely.

Unfortunately this is more of a review of Chase Bank as a whole rather than individual employees at this location. Although, the fact that a Bank Manager can't help one of their customers is problematic.We experienced nearly $2000 of fraudulent charges on our business card, we never lost it, it was still in our possession. We filed a claim and initially Chase refunded the charges but then did an "investigation" and reversed the refunds saying that the charges were legitimate.After literally months of back and forth with their Fraud Department, we finally got a report of their investigation. It was a joke. Literally a single page with tracking numbers for packages that were allegedly sent to us. Because the merchant that had charged the fraudulent charges had provided a tracking number, they said we were liable.They didn't even check where the alleged packages were sent. Guess what? They weren't sent to our address. This is a common scam that Chase couldn't seem to understand.Chase doesn't stand by their customer protection. If you get fraudulent charges on your card, good luck getting them refunded. I spent probably 40 hours fighting this to no avail.This bank is a joke that preys on the American people. Whatever you do, don't bank with Chase. They are as bad as Wells Fargo, they just haven't been caught yet.

Not sure what changed form the previous reviews but this place has had the best customer service of just about any business I have interacted with. Whenever I go they are always kind, and some how remember whatever is going on in my life that we talked about 2 weeks earlier. Most importantly they always give my dog treats when I have her. Not sure who was here a few years ago, but the current team is awesome !

Staff are AMAZING.My complaint is primarily in regards to hoping to hold them accountable for their signage / communication.I just realized this… but have only been frequenting this location for a short period of time. The banker I spoke with said that the new signage with the shorter hours (closing at 5 instead of 6 now) was placed shortly after COVID began two years ago.The signage says nothing about being temporary hours, and perhaps most confusing of all is that they have their old hours also posted…If I haven’t confused you enough already then perhaps the attached picture can.

tried to open a 7th account with them but they were too busy to help me (there were three bankers and zero customers). Their new strategy to drive website traffic: make you feel stupid for trying to do anything in person.

Update your hours. Shows on here open at 7am. Get to the branch and it says 9am.

This branch has the best costumer service team I've dealt with. I'm from Miami, FL where most Chase branches (and other banks) seem to hire people who do not wish to be there or interact with costumers. I've had multiple amazing experiences thanks to Ani. Great branch with great people!- Chase costumer since 2012.

The in person staff are nice but no one could answer my question, I spent hours on the phone, and in person trying to get a resolution to my issue.But was passed around, and told the wrong info again, and again....Finally I was able to get an answer once I escalated to a supervisor.Overall a bad experience, and I will be looking to bank with someone else.

Spoke with a very impersonal and stiff woman at this branch in one of the cubicles. I did not get her name but the only way I can describe her is an Asian woman with long hair. From the reviews I read about this place customer service is hard to come around. Good luck.
