I became acquainted with CarTow when my vehicle became disabled and my insurance provider dispatched CarTow to help me.
They did exactly what I needed them to do and went beyond in terms of helping me. Paxton the driver was Edficient, fast, and service oriented. After he loaded up the vehicle, he offered to take it to the repair shop without me accompanying him. He knew that I was on a time crunch and made the whole process simple and customer oriented.

Aaron came right away with his truck to tow my vehicle, I got a flat from construction roads and he helped me get it to the dealership. Friendly, prompt, excellent service

They won't let you get your personal belongings out they taught for a sizeable amount like for300$ ,400$ bucks if it's large enough they towed with too small of a vehicle so it was kind of illegally attached 30 ft motorhome then the next day we can't even 24 hours later they charge another $200 on top of that then of course you're going to have to pay taxes they want you to give them a title,

Scott was awesome. I thought I needed a tow turns out I just need a serpentine belt replaced. He could have easily just loaded my car up with out asking any questions and just collected my money! Thanks again.

Horrible nasty individual answered the phone and spoke to my young nephew who was trying to get a quote. She was Nasty to him and unpleasant. Call was on speaker and he asked for a quote and she could not be bothered. Put him on hold and just hung up on him. I called back because I was upset at how she treated him and told her she was nasty. She the proceeds to call me back from a blocked number only to tell me that she had my number. Well good for her. I didn't call from a blocked number. I would not deal with this company.

They towed my car and damaged the mirror. The driver called me and said the mirror came off while he was driving it. Said they wouldn’t cover it and that I’d have to deal with the manufacture or cover it myself. Funny enough I got a text after they towed it asking me to sign that I wouldn’t hold them liable for damages lol.

Yikes! The customer service is terrible! After going to the gate and running the bell we waited for 30 min and no one bothered to let us know if they were coming or not. Unaware of the city’s ordinance we were towed over the holiday. The ordinance makes the city next to nothing but this company is raking in as they told us they can barely keep up with the tows. Surely another company must be able to compete?!?

The people at this establishment are snarky and rude. The associate would not assist in taking some cash and the rest of the payment on card for a college kid. Hung up on us twice while trying to figure out a payment that would work from a far distance. Disappointing that this is the company the city has representing it. Embarrassing…

I have saved Cartow in my phone. They deserve it. I've used them twice in a year and each time their dispatcher is so courteous and professional. The tow drivers have been so considerate and professional as well. This last time, SHAWN #44, helped my 18 yr old daughter tow her vehicle, she was so nervous about everything. He was professional and kind and made her feel important and respected. My daughter saved Cartow in her phone too. I highly recommend Cartow. Thanks again! ?And it was the fastest wait time I have experienced ever, especially right before Christmas.

Car was towed, besides being overpriced like everywhere these days. They stole and replaced my batter with a dead. How do I know? It was the stock batter and I highly doubt Nissan uses AAA batteries for brand new cars. Low life people, tow drivers or people in their yard. I'm also someone that never complains but fuck this.
