My experience was very professional and outstanding. My fitting was just right. However 2 bras that were sent to me on back order were the wrong size. They were 42C and my size is 42D. I will be sending them back for an exchange.

I don’t enjoy shopping for clothes very much, but buying from Carol’s Mastectomy shop was a pleasure. She knew her products and brought me what I needed. She was very good at fitting me properly and I went away, very satisfied.

I am a new customer to Carol's Mastectomy Shop. On my 1st visit, they were able to help me find some new bras since my old one was discontinued. The new ones fit great. The gal who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable.I also needed a new swim form. I was recently able to order this with them through emails and texts and they mailed my new form to my house. I don't live in the Salt Lake area and this was very convenient for me.Thank you for supporting women with breast cancer and offering such great service :)

The business feels like a boutique. The customer service is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I had a great experience. Linda did everything she could to find me bras that fit my body. I will definitely go back when I'm need more bras. I highly recommend Carols for anyone needing fittings post surgery.

What nice people! It's not easy to go shopping for a prosthesis but these very professional women are very good to deal with. As an elderly survivor, it's so reassuring to know they are here to help me.

call them concerned that the shop in Ogden was between owners! I called back and gave them the information on my bars. Received May 30. very friendly, helpful and understanding.

I just had a double mastectomy. I decided against reconstructive surgery. I went in to see what they had available and if it would really work doing the job to get my figure back. The gal was amazing!! I was made to feel very comfortable and she knew exactly what I needed! No one would know any different. Most definitely a reconstruction alternative worth check out. My insurance even covered it!! So very thankful for them and all they do. ???

I am very impressed with Carol's Mastectomy Shoppe and their service. I live in Ogden and had to find a new place to get products. I dreaded the very thought of travelling south. But I called and spoke with Jenna. She took the model numbers of the bras I need and my insurance information. She had two in stock and mailed them immediately. The 3rd has been ordered and will ship from the factory. How easy was that? I didn't even have to leave my house. I love Carol's already!

I ADORE Carols Mastectomy Shoppe!1st off The changing rooms are very comfy.They also provide silky robes for privacy while consulting w/your personal shopper.The staff is incredibly caring as they gently help w/under garment selections to facilitate my prosthetic & personal needs. Carol’s Mastectomy carries a number of updated styles & colors that make getting dressed for the day way easier. My go to favorite is the zip front sports bra: cotton/spandex (workout short tank). I even use it as a bathing suit top! Because finding cute bathing?suits for prosthetics are hard to find. My husband likes the fact that they bill our insurance directly so he doesn’t need to worry about it.I only wish we lived closer bc I’d really like to visit the store more often.They’re open 10am-3pm M-F but while you’re there time flies bc it’s always a no stress relaxing visit. Thanks ladies ?✨

People were telling me about Carols Shoppe’s employees were amazing so I had to check it out myself, and they were right. Shelley was amazing and caring. She sounded like she dealt with so many women like me. I got what I wanted and I’m satisfied with what I got. I decided to not have reconstruction because these bras feel like I have it all. Thank you ladies for your help and the professionalism you gave me. God bless!!

I was treated very well they were very caring very understanding I would recommend them to anyone it's hard to go through what we go through as it is and they made the experience there very warm and welcoming caring understanding they were awesome
