“I am giving a much higher rating. However this is only a review of the CAR WASH. First if you pay and choose the 9$ wash many times u will get the 5$ or 7$ wash. This happened to me yesterday. I paid 9$ got the 5$ wash! I was thinking why is it over so fast? Last you have to go thru the drying process especially for the windows. I didn’t want my grill dried! It is black had a bug stuck. I don’t want it dried on. It made it worse not better! The vacuum closeest to the road does suck! I can’t use the one next to the car washes or I am blocking a space. The management always fixes any issue asap! I’d say yes great choice for a fast wash! Stores always great CS fantastic!”

“Update: They refunded me & I'll be going there often again. Thanks for the prompt refund for the $ eaten by the machine! The machines still didn't take America First Credit Union CC (at least neither of mine) or my review would be 5 stars.
Original review: The car wash machines will not take America First Credit Union credit cards, and today it ate two $5 bills without registering either at all, & without starting the wash. I've been going here for many years and about 6 months ago the machines stopped recognizing my America First credit Union credit cards but another credit card I had worked ok. Not having the other credit card today, I attempted to use cash, only have the machine happily accept my money but not give me credit at all. There's no phone number or email anywhere on the building, any of the machines, or here on the Google listing, & no staff on site. I left a note under the office door and hope to get a refund from this place I've spent hundreds of dollars at over many years. I'll update this review and change my rating accordingly if I do receive a refund.
I like that they have air dryers in each bay, but you need to make sure the air dryer hose is not broken and / or detached before putting your money in the machine. I can't count how many times I forgot to check if the hose was intact, only to find out the air dryer was unusable.”

“Each store offers different amenities like personally wiping down the car by one of their people. I have been using the Ultimate wash since its inception in Park City and Foothills stores. I have been using park city since its opening in 2010. I am currently using the platinum wash which does make the car look better. I wash the car almost everyday. Four stars deal around. “There is an updated and snazzy car wash down the street but I'd rather come here. Pressure washer has plenty of pressure. Brush's in great condition. Not worn short with use. Debug spray works perfect. Only missing a star due to cleanlines. Pulling out of the parking lot always makes me cringe- not to sure what I'm running over. Debris; possibly pointy objects.”
“Went here for the first time last week. It’s fantastic! I self wash my pickup, so I’ve been to most of the self wash locations in SLC. This is by far the best. Clean, quiet, and safe feeling. The card readers have tap-to-pay functionality (i.e. ApplePay), the vacuums suck, the water pressure is high, and the system cycles between the different modes quickly (from water to soap to degreaser, etc).
I’m not sure why there’s only 3/5 stars, but some of the other comments mention new management within the last year. I can’t speak to what this place was like before, but the new management have done a great job!”

“This is the only manual car wash I will use. Vacuums always have suction, property is clean, and water pressure is good. I have never run out of soap there, unlike some washes. I have never had a damaged spray gun. The only thing I prefer about another VIP location is it lacks the "rainbow conditioner" not sure if it really does much but it is satisfying to use.”
