I called looking for some product and I have to tell you, that Brook lady is quite possibly the second most sweetest lady I have ever met! She not only helped me in a timely matter, but she also kept a great balance between professionalism and warm customer service. I sure enjoyed my conversation with her and will definitely continue doing business with Capital Lumber moving forward. Great job Capital Lumber for hiring Ms. Brook, I appreciate it. And thank you Brook for your commitment to shear excellence in the workplace!

Appointment times don’t matter to these people. The other recent reviews look like they have similar complaints. Kennedy in the dispatch office was very unpleasant to interact with. Hopefully they find some better staff that take people’s schedules seriously. Or atleast communicate if there will be a delay.

Really slow unloading, especially the office. Office workers don't want to work normally. After checked in I have been waiting for the third hour when they will call me to unload! With no one in front of me. Upset.

I work there part time and it's really good exercise other than that I am usually tired by noon.

I’ll give them a two * everyone seems to be friendly, but really slow unloading buddy comes around to visit,as soon as i came out of the truck took a picture he start moving again.

This place is incredible! I was sent here by another supplier who couldn't find me a special bracket called for by the engineer. They had exactly what I needed. The staff was prompt very professional. The warehouse delivery guy was fast and was great to deal with. They have my business.

Arrived checked in,reciver was alittle grumpy to be exspected,but a pleasent Exspeairance overall.Raul is a very good Forklift operator.Very intentive with what he is doing.Steadfast and carefull when stabbing the forks.Great operator.
