I like this store, but, this time I was not given a receipt or the correct change. When I said the change was incorrect the person at the register said I owe u $5 more but in actuality I was owed $7 and change. They should have used a calculator to double check the figures. Not sure I'll be going back

Hi! I just wanted to share with you something really nice I witnessed yesterday. While I was in there shopping, a student from out of town came in visibly upset, stressed, lost and late for their appt. The employee working handled the situation with such grace and kindness! They helped calm the lost traveler down, looked up directions, and let them know no one was there to judge them; and let them know they were in a safe place. It was a nice moment to witness, thank you! Great job!!

Support your local LGBT businesses. This place is a totally different shop than from when I was younger. It's a refreshing place to find swagg that goes along with your identity. Loved the mugs the most. The people were nice also.

Stopped into the store at 8:50 pm. Was told by the smiling clerk: “We close at 9:00.” Ok no problem. My wife had socks in hand and ready to pay and the same smiling clerk said, “Sorry, I can’t ring that up, we’re closed. I have never been in a store where they did that. Bad customer service in my opinion. Clearly the clerks schedule was more important than a sale. Not impressed at all!
