Updating my review after a not so great experience where communication was not great at this tax office. I had to get 2 years of my taxes that were done here amended but they made it right with me. It took a bad review to catch their attention, but what matters at the end is they took care of it and I appreciate it.

Customer service apparently seems to be a fading past time. Not just at this receptionist desk ,but in majority of businesses.I called to speak with my tax preparer, and instead was met with Vickie ,who had one of the worst customer service tones I've heard this year. I forgot the person's name whom prepared my taxes , and her response was "you forgot who prepared your taxes the last few years?! ?" Instead of providing actual customer support and locating the individual without being rude.Every time I said something she had a smart sarcastic comeback. Probably in the wrong line of work attempting to talk to customers that way.I haven't had any negative issues here previous to this interaction . But definitely will take this encounter into consideration for next year.Update:The same day I wrote this review, my "tax preparer" stated he will take care of filing my taxes,Which he never did. I gladly took my business elsewhere!

Mark has done my taxes for many years and always goes the extra mile! It has been very much appreciated. Paul has also helped us with our medical insurance and advised us in other areas. They are very patient . We wouldn't go anywhere else for our financial matters! Thank you so much Butler!

Meeting with Mark at Butler Tax and Accounting was the BEST decision we ever made. We were TurboTax users for years and it was stressful and time consuming every time. Within our single hour-long meeting, Mark saved us about $1500 on our tax bill and recommended effective tax strategies for this year.He was very professional and friendly but also efficient and straightforward. Very productive hour that left us feeling well supported and informed.

Very nice group of ppl who work here. They're always so helpful and so friendly.... it's a family business but they make you feel like family also.We met with Russell today to do the taxes for our parents who both 'passed' last year. Russell is SO NICE/FRIENDLY, very knowledgeable of tax laws, exec out of state laws (AZ). He knew about some ''credits' and took the time to search out others. He's very professional but very fun also; we enjoyed our time with him. I *highly recommend* him/them to anyone looking for this type of service....he does TAXES, ESTATE PLANNING, FINANCIAL PLANNING ......

Paul does a great job every year with my taxes. I always feel confident that they will be done right and efficiently. Paul is also very personable, he answers all of my questions and I feel like I am receiving expert advice. I have learned a lot on how I can improve my finances from year to year. I couldn't ask for a better accountant.

We have used Butler Tax Services for years and can’t imagine using anyone else. They have helped us when we lived in Utah and for the last 30 years all the way across the country in Georgia. They make doing our taxes a breeze.

Mark has done my taxes for a few years now. He is incredibly knowledgeable and timely. I’ve been impressed with the questions Mark asks and how he makes my taxes stress free. I am confident that I am getting the most out of my taxes. Taxes suck but Mark made it easy.

The IRS rejected the taxes Paul Butler filed. The taxes I paid over $300 for him to file. When I alerted him that the IRS had rejected them, he told me to get a tax advocate. I don’t understand what I paid $300 for. I went here based on the recommendation of my mom. He also misfiled her taxes in another state.

Butler Tax & Accounting is the absolute best! I’ve been getting my taxes done here for approximately 40 years. I’ve had several jobs and different situations and they have always taken the best care of me. I luckily had Mel until he retired and am so fortunate now to have Russell, his son, taking care of me. They are professional, caring, approachable, and competent.
