Tyrone and Jackson make living here easy. Any issues I've had, they have both been able and willing to help find solutions. No apartment complex of this size is ever perfect and while this specific community has its quirks with Amazon deliveries and guest parking- I love it here!

I would give 0 stars if possible, Both properties citiftont and bridges “luxury” apartment homes which shouldn’t be in the name, are connected through the parking garage have huge cockroaches EVERYWHERE outside and in the hallway of buildings, when I had asked them to spray/do treatments to prevent seeing anymore in my apartment they said they said they were not willing to and that I could just leave if I didn’t want to deal with it because “cockroaches are nocturnal” just a couple months into my lease.
Men who work here will walk into your apartment unannounced without notice, using their office key while you’re showering.
If you’re on the bottom floor expect for trespassers to manage to get on your patio and for management to do nothing as far as homelessness and drug needles or any other occurrences are concerned.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all but especially not if you’re a younger women who lives alone, save your time, money and for your safety don’t move here.

We chose Bridges because of how close it is to Gateway and our good friend used to live here. Yes the area is sketchy because North Temple is crack head central but if you park in the garage then it’s manageable. I do think there should be an option for another parking spot. Nice countertops, tall ceilings and balcony.
We love Tyrone and Angie, they are the best to talk to at the leasing office if you need anything.

Just wanted to say, I’m so grateful for Tyrone in the leasing office. He makes living here very easy. He’s always ready to assist whenever there is a problem! He is a huge reason on why we want to renew! Thank you for all you do!

F rating. Homeless pee and spill drinks in the hallway as they sleep or whatever at night. Management and security will punish you for calling and complaint on crime. Zero privacy they will dictate when you can and cannot use your lights, or anything else in your apt- they will harass and antagonize you your children and your pets. Lots of poverty crime and they will try to hurt you to death.

PROS:
1) Apartments have tall ceilings and balconies
2) Location is close to Gateway and Freeway access
3) Leasing office is on site (when they’re actually open is a different story I’ll touch on later)
CONS :
1) Despite a large parking garage (which is mostly empty) they only allow each apartment unit to have 1 reserved parking space with no option to purchase more spaces. This results in limited street parking which gets very difficult when there are concerts or other venues near the apartment.
2) The Smell…. In the hallways, stairwells, elevators, trash chute, etc. This place stinks. Cleanliness is clearly not the apartments main concern and any messes spilled in the halls or elsewhere do not get cleaned within a reasonable timeframe.
3) The “Trash Valet”. Maybe this isn’t so much of the apartments fault as it is the residents but it does not work well. What was supposed to be designed as a way to help move peoples trash was failed in practice since people do not follow rules. Trash is supposed to be picked up at night and taken to dumpsters by the staff if you (a resident) leave a trash bag outside your door. Rather than wait for evening, many residents leave their trash out on their way to work to sit in the hallways all day. Again, the smell…. Cat litter and bad food and whatever else is thrown out will sit in the hallways and stink. Also, there is no option to “opt out” of this trash service. I never once used it because I’m capable of carrying a trash bag ~30ft but still paid a monthly fee.
4) Homeless. Every city has its homeless population and Salt Lake is no exception. I empathize with their situations and acknowledge my own privileges but it has been really bad at points. Security was hired about halfway into my lease but they do little other than sit in their cars and roleplay cops. What has been noticed is the needles and encampment items littered around the street parking. I have also observed people sleeping in the hallway/common area. While the homeless encampment has been moved several times and gotten less trafficked it can still be an issue for peoples safety. See previous reviews for more information about homeless encounters. Also, there have been incidents of people living in the parking structure stairwells, I reported this to security but did not receive a follow up or care enough to check again.
5) Maintenance Requests: The maintenance people are fine and hard working so this is no fault on them. However, the leasing office is horrendously slow in honoring maintenance requests. My average response time was anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks for submitted maintenance requests. This is not a reasonable turnaround and I often had to escalate maintenance requests to get them resolved sooner.
6) The Gym / Pool. Spacious, cleanly, well organized, and expansive are all words I would not use to describe the gym and pool area. Instead, it’s got a lack of cleaning supplies in the workout room accompanied by a poorly ventilated and small space. Sure it’s an apartment gym but I’m not being picky. I never even tried the pool/hot tub based on previous reviews ??.
7) Leasing office hours. This one really annoyed me. At first it was open most of the day and I never had any issues. Then they started to reduce hours and close in the middle of the day and on Wednesdays??? I understand if you understaffed, well sort of, but there needs to be more hours available. It has impacted my ability to receive packages, speak with office management about anything or pickup mail keys and parking fobs. If you have a full time job goodluck on ever being able to visit the office.
8) Management. It’s no secret that Utah has biased practices and laws meant to benefit the landlords by providing renters with little rights or recourse in the event of housing disputes. Weidner management is no different. They utilize predatory pricing increases and dis

I lived here for a year and it wasn’t the most pleasant experience.
The good:
-the leasing staff are super kind and made all the processes easy and were helpful when they were in the office (more on that later)
-the apartments are generally quite nice and spacious with nice countertop materials and good natural light.
-this property has a lot of nice amenities available (more on that later)
-the rent cost compared to other nearby properties is quite reasonable.
-the location has excellent access to transit, bike share, and is within walking distance of the gateway. this was my favorite part about this place.
the bad:
-we did not have a good experience with the response times of maintenance. we had a microwave that was broken on move in that took 3 months to replace, and our heat was also broken and maintenance took 8+ visits over the course of a month and a half to resolve the issue.
-the hot tub was frequently broken, and the water never looked particularly inviting. the lights in the pool area were burnt out the entirety of our time here as well. staff would never notify the community when the hot tub was offline.
-package carriers would frequently have issues delivering packages to our property which was incredibly frustrating. my packages were often delivered to another unit that never turned them in so i was constantly losing packages.
-our neighbors didn’t have any respect for the property. the grass is riddled with dog feces left behind, the trash rooms and chutes were often overflowing and the areas nearby always smelled, there was always a stagnant vape cloud in our common hallway, and they would ignore the valet trash schedule and let their garbage sit in the hallway for several days making it smell in there too.
-every 30 minutes someone would set off their smoke detectors. there was never a day where i didn’t hear one go off several times.
-each unit only gets one spot in the parking garage, yet half the garage is always empty, and the street parking situation is atrocious if you have more than one vehicle.
-the gates on the parking garage were left unsecured for several months while we lived here.
-the other entrance gates were often in poor condition or left open.
-there’s no video security in the complex except for in the parking garage. i had my bike stolen off our second floor balcony and could not pursue that further as a result of this. theres a security guard company that comes but i’ve never once seen them exit their vehicle when they come. they just idle in the parking lot for a bit and leave.
-the office hours were cannibalized while we were here. they had excellent hours when we first moved in, and now have hardly any time when the office is open. they claim this is due to staffing shortages, but i find it hard to believe that that resulted from being open 8 hours, 6 days a week to 7 hours, 4 days a week.
-there is a large amount of homeless population nearby this complex. they’ve never once bothered me, nor broke into my car, but they frequently sneak into the complex to dumpster dive. and i assume it was a homeless person that stole my bicycle but i have no proof of that.
there’s a lot of improvements bridges needs to make with their community. while i didn’t love my time here, it was adequate and they’re not the worst place to rent from. however, i’d recommend spending a little more and living somewhere else if you can afford it.

Definitely look elsewhere if you can. This is a somewhat gross place to live, the management and front office are unhelpful (when they’re actually there) and have the personality of a week-old salad bar. Building A is absolutely infested with cockroaches. When things such as outdoor entrances break they take forever to fix them, meanwhile anyone can walk in the building. They can’t do anything about the roaming homeless camps but they frequently pop up for a couple weeks and frequently ask for money and cigarettes. Avoid if you can.

Having to see this dirty and smelly entrance to the floor of your apartments every day is very disgusting.
There is constantly an unpleasant smell in this place and unfortunately every day you or your guests must pass by here.
The only thing I rescue is that the apartments are beautiful internally.

This place is hell. Our parking spot is stolen on a near daily basis, and towing takes over an hour to show up, forcing us to either park down by the train tracks where there are needles everywhere or wait outside in the cold for the towing service to show up. Maintenance is a joke. We had a break-in attempt where someone took the screen out of our window and the office didn't address it for AN ENTIRE YEAR after our report was sent in. Getting a hold of anyone is impossible. You can only receive mail for about five hours in a day, four days a week, and any time outside of that will be a failed delivery attempt because zero couriers have any sort of code or key fob to access the building. This used to be five days a week, but the office just had to schedule a full work from home day which limits our access to mail even more. They all go on lunch at the same time, so if your mail gets here during that one hour, you're out of luck. I'm a small business owner and my shop has suffered due to my supplies being delayed countless times. I can't wait to get out of here.

The apartment itself was good, but management has changed. Most families and friends who live or live there always have problems with management. The pool is not taken care of, and the gym equipment is not taken care of. One time, a homeless person took a shower and found another on the stairs screaming. I called security.
Rent is too expensive.

This is the worst place to stay for the amount of money they charge.Management is the worst. They are rude, condescending, and act like you owe them something. The gym is missing 1/4 of the weights and is mismatched and missing chunks. The gym has a massive hole in the wall, and the equipment is improperly maintained. It can be dangerous to use the equipment. If you go to the gym after ten pm, you must be careful because the homeless always lurk around trying to get in. I spoke with management in 2022 to have the missing weights replaced, and they assured me that in no later than two weeks, it would be fixed. I went today, 12/4/2023, and they have no records of that. They were very rude and gave me an attitude. What type of management does not care for their own property going missing? The apartment is also very dangerous. During cold months, the homeless community sneaks in and sleeps in the stairs and elevator rooms. I was attacked by one, and he threw his bike at me and had a sharp object. I went to management, telling them that I was attacked and that the person was still there. They told me, "All my gosh, you should call Metro Security." So, that can't be bothered about anything. Another time, more homeless people broke in, tried to get into apartments, and checked which doors were open. After they left, I saw them go with at least 5 Amazon packages they stole.Your Amazon, FedEx, and UPS packages will be stolen. If, by good luck, you can get your package delivered to the door and not dropped in some random place, it will be stolen after a couple of hours have passed. So, if you are at work, good luck getting a package. If management did their job, this place would be decent, but because they don't avoid this place at all costs. There are many other options here in Salt Lake City, and the surroundings offer better alternatives that cost the same or cheaper. The amount of money they charge for all their shortcomings is called delusion.

I lived here a few years ago and still talk about what a nightmare it was. From the water damage around my window to the cockroaches coming out of the dishwasher and sink they blamed us for and refused to take care of, to the fire alarms going off constantly for no reason and the horribly unsafe area where they make you park on the street if you have more than one car. Not to mention the predatory practices trying to steal your deposit. It’s obvious they have inflated their rating if you scroll far enough. Avoid this place like the plague ?

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would!I lived here for one year, and one year only, because of how horrible the conditions of this complex are. The price you are paying is decent for the proximity to the heart of downtown but that is, and I mean this, the only benefit. The amenities are okay..the pool was closed for resurfacing when we first moved in but we were told it would be done in July. July rolled around…then August then September and still no opening of the pool. Next summer pool opened very late into the warmer weather and was never clean, you feel very itchy after use with no relief from showering. Same with the hot tube, once was green in color because of lord knows what. The gym never restocked on cleansing wipes and I’m sure it doesn’t get clean by the team..gross!The instances you’ve read of individuals finding homeless people in the hallway utility closets is extremely disturbing and shocking but unfortunately true. Many instances where I would see homeless people seeking shelter in the “secure” complex without any repercussions from security. Many times the gates both in the garage and surrounding the complex + the building door locks would be broken making the fobs given to you completely pointless. My roommates and I notified to the office about this multiple times and would get a lot of attitude from the staff saying that it is not their responsibility.Maintenance requests are a JOKE. We had no AC/heating and freezing cold water running from all of our showers and sinks and only after calling multiple times and nagging until blue in the face was it fixed. It takes months for anything to get fixed if a ticket is submitted through the resident portal. The only time you will find help is by calling over and over again to emphasize the urgency. We had a large leak coming from our ceiling, nothing was ever done to fix it besides the maintenance worker wiping up the water with a towel and shop vac.Outside the complex is another horror story. The office only allows one covered parking spot per unit leaving you to fend for street parking that you will only secure in the early afternoons. This leaves your car vulnerable to be broken into and vandalized as I saw many, and had a roommate experience this multiple times. The freight train runs right alongside the apartment throughout the day and night, blaring an obnoxiously loud horn and shaking the building.PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
