I had a great experience at Bridal Brilliance Rentals. I rented my wedding dress and a veil from them for my bridal photos and my wedding. The dress was beautiful and the rental process was easy. They were also very communicative and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Not the worst experience but it depends on your level of tolerance.
Here are my concerns. Keep in mind I live 4 hours away from this shop.
1- When trying on dresses, we were left alone and didn't receive help. Luckily, I had a friend who went in and did up my dresses. But the guy only came around every couple dresses to help with fitting. It was strange and didn't give us the fun exciting energy of dress shopping.
2- Once selecting my dress, I had to make a trip to do the alterations. I texted them before to make sure we were set for the appt before I drove up and they said yes. When I got there, the dress had been altered from another wedding to the point I could not even zip it up. We just took my measurements and hoped for the best since I didn't need it altered much from the original version. Of course my anxiety is out the window because once I leave the next time I see the dress is going to be on my wedding day. My mom said "the worst thing that could happen is it doesn't fit" jokingly and the lady who was helping us said "you would be surprised". Like hello ?? Are you not supposed to reassure us it will work out? Also I drove 4 HOURS for this appointment and they were not prepared in the slightest. Gross. I did not feel confident leaving that appt and I felt embarrassed with my friends there to witness the lack of care. I found somebody who would be available on call for alterations just in case it didn't fit when I received it.
3- When my mom picked up the dress for me she made the final payment and asked if that was the rest of the payment (since we had to do a deposit). They told her yes. A MONTH after my wedding, I get a text from them saying I still owe them money? They said it was for the alterations. And then the seamstress tried to charge me for a rushed fee, which was not accurate because I had my appointment set out for months before the wedding. They took 0 accountability that they were in the wrong trying to charge me inaccurate charges a month later.
Overall, I was lucky I chose a dress that already basically fit me because it turned out okay the day of. But the rest of the experience is really shying me away from recommending Bridal Brilliance to other people. You just don't get the fun exciting picking out your wedding dress vibes when you come here. It is extremely chaotic and there is so much anxiety that it won't turn out. Plus, it just feels a little sketchy :/

I would be very cautious of ever renting a dress from these people. We had a horrible experience with my wedding dress, I picked up the dress two days before my wedding. I live 4 hours away and after I had gotten home I opened the dress to show my family to see that the dress was never cleaned like they said it would be. There were makeup stains all over the dress and other stains splattered down the entire front of the dress. I called bridal brilliants and an associate answered she was kind but unhelpful. She thought she had muted the phone and didn’t, I overheard her and the owner talking about the situation. When she got back on the phone she lied and said the owner wasn’t there and she’d have him call back when he can. I wait hours for a called before I decided to give them a call back. They denied my calls and at this point the wedding was the next day so I had a friend who lives in the area to go in and talk to them for me. My husband and I were on the phone with our friend while he was in there store talking to them. They promised a full refund that would be back in my account the following Monday. Then I had the same friend return the dress for us and he asked them again about getting a refund and the owner very clearly stated we would be receiving a full refund for the dress. A few days later on our honeymoon we received a text that because our account wasn’t paid in full we wouldn’t be able to receive a refund. This was a complete lie the dress was absolutely paid for and after the owner was called out for lying he then said he was mistaken and there was no remaining fees but we will still not be receiving a refund. The owner has no clue how to run a business and clearly cares about his money than his reputation and integrity.

I strongly recommend not renting from this company they gave us a stained dress and refused to give any discount or refund. They basically told that we should have inspected before we left. Trashy management and poor customer service.

Not the worst experience, but certainly not a great experience. First, I was texted to confirm my appointment and they didn’t say who they were which felt unprofessional. Second, they asked me questions like what styles I had liked, what sizes have fit, and if I had any photos of dresses I’ve been liking to share them. I answered all of their questions and sent pictures, thinking this was so they could help pull dresses I would like. Nope. When we got there they pointed to the rack with my sizes and said to pull any dresses I wanted to try. Felt unprofessional again. I didn’t find any dresses I liked and the service was such a turn off I didn’t want to give them my business.
Disclaimer: my sister rented her dress here about 2 years ago and it was a much better experience. I have a friend who had a bad experience here earlier this year, so might be a recent change?

The only reason I’m giving one star is because 0 isn’t an option. Honestly, when I first found this place, I LOVED it! The owner helped pick out my dress he encouraged my decision by saying everything could be altered to meet my expectations and what I needed. I needed sleeves added, bottom hemmed a bit, a whole back paneling added, and a longer tie in the back to accommodate the added backing because it was a corset back. They quoted me $150 for my alterations, my coworker had work done on her dress as well and she told me to expect double. I was a little shocked but I loved my dress- so we had to go with it. My wedding was on June 14th, I needed the dress complete by June 7th because I had bridals June 9th, they assured me that could be possible. My final fitting for alterations was on May 20th. I went in still feeling very hopeful that it could be complete, the ladies were very kind and encouraging as well. When they rang up the total for the alterations it was double plus some… which again. It was my wedding, I loved my dress we had to pay it. Frustrating to have one quote then it’s extremely higher- then to do that to a bride so close to their wedding and when they are on a tight budget seems unethical. But I haven’t even gotten to the worst part yet. June 7th came around and I went to pick up my dress. I insisted on trying it on before we left with it, and thank goodness I did. The “sleeves” they added were absolutely hideous. They were so tight as well that they wouldn’t even go over my biceps. I cried. I then asked is the tie long enough? The worker said “yes. We replaced it.” Then, I explained to the worker the problems we were having and she just kept asking, “when’s your wedding?” I said, “it’s on June 14th but that’s not the problem. I have pictures this Sunday, in two needs.” And she stared and said, “but when is your wedding.” Finally I said, “This not the issue. My wedding is in a week but I have pictures in 2 days and my dress is essentially ruined.” She said, “well I can take them off.” Really? That’s the only solution? So I agreed, however when she did this she RIPPED a whole in my sleeve! RIPPED! 2 days before pictures. Needless to say. I was a mess. I called my then fiancé in tears telling him they ruined my dress. I demanded a refund on at least the sleeve portion of the alterations and all the girls in the front of house could tell me if that they would give the message to the owner of the alteration shop and she will call me back. We then got home, tried it fully on to evaluate the damage and my mom went to do up my dress fully (hindsight I should have fully tried it on yes. But I just wanted to get home and figure out what we were going to do) and sure enough, the tie was not long enough. My dress wouldn’t come together by half in the back. That’s a horrible hit to the confidence when you’re supposed to feel your absolute best… and I felt horrible. Again, called the place told them the problem and they kept insisting I bring the dress in. I finally said, “no. I’m closer to the shop and the dress is at my parents house I’m not driving to their house then to the shop when all I need is a longer tie… just give me this measurement of the tie.” The girl finally agreed and said I can pick it up that day. My fiancé and I drove there and when I walked in I asked to speak the owner or the alterations. I am still wanting a refund at this point. Their response, “neither are available but I can take down a message.” I have my full name, phone number and even email. I said they contact me until Friday but then I will be on my honeymoon. I need a call back. We still had to figure out sleeves for my dress. I ended up having to wear a jacket which ruined the WHOLE look of my dress. My WEDDING dress. I’m sorry but this should be the most perfect dress and it was awful. Nothing what I wanted. I called almost everyday leading up to my wedding (because you know what’s one more thing to a brides plate?) still no call back. 2 months later, nothing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Be careful putting your dress on consignment with this shop. When I picked my dress up I didn’t get my original gown bag that I brought it in. This was not disclosed that I may or may not get my gown bag back. I asked to have someone call me that could get things straightened out and never got a call.

What an incredible experience! Chad and Stacia were absolutely wonderful. They were both so kind and very attentive to my wants and needs. It’s a beautiful shop with so many options, and I wouldn’t hesitate to make Bridal Brillance a part of your happy ever after. Hands down best service I’ve experienced in this industry.

Ily was so helpful! She listened and kept finding dresses I would like. She was positive and made me feel comfortable. I ended up choosing a dress I absolutely loved and felt stunning in! The owner and staff team were great to work with, especially where I'd be wearing the dress out of state and sending it back. They also altered the dress and added shear sleeves at a reasonable price. I rented the dress and veil for two weeks. In the end, it was still under $800. I highly recommend Bridal Brilliance!

My daughter found a dress that needed a lot of alterations. The owner and seamstress were great to work with. Very punctual, helpful, and willing to work around our busy wedding schedule. The dress turned out perfectly. We were so happy and my daughter looked stunning! We had a great experience.

One of the worst experiences ever. I would warn any bride against this place. It wasn’t until DAY OF THR WEDDING that my sister found out none of the alterations that were promised were made. (Breast padding was not done properly and Zip clasps that were promised to be added never were) when we returned the dress they didn’t even apologize or do anything to right the wrong. Because people were behind me, I was rushed out the door and left completely speechless. If you want a dress to fit well go literally anywhere else that will actually do what they promise.
