Contacted them because I was purchasing a bike from a nearby town to be shipped to Georgia by freight. I priced another company who quoted twice as much and didn't leave me feeling sure of their ability to handle the job. Jared was very helpful. They did an amazing job crating it. It arrived with no signs that it had moved and with zero damage. I would highly recommend anyone to use BOXPAC.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would do so. They are not to be trusted. I had them ship my beloved Thomas Mangelsen photograph from the Mangelsen gallery on Main Street in Park City to my home in California. It was professionally packaged at the gallery. It arrived with a huge forklift gash in the crate and the photograph is ruined and irreparable. I could just cry. And, they are taking no responsibility and are refusing to reimburse me. I would NEVER recommend them!!

Boxpac arranged a shipment of a valuable piece of art. The art was professionally crated. It arrived with broken glass and the $2,500 photograph was ruined. They are not replacing this nor are they taking any responsibility or offering to replace the picture. I have tried to leave several messages but the mailbox is always full. They have told me to try to collect from the shipper, but they are offering only $.50 per pound or $50. We shipped this with them under the reasonable assumption it would be cared for properly.The hole in the crate and ruined art was far from reasonable care. Meanwhile we are left taking the loss.I would NEVER use Box Pak EVER!!!!!!!!

I have several paintings shipped and furniture new and used thru local company boxpac. They are reliable and do things promptly and on schedule. Thanks.
