I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at Hugo Boss in Salt Lake City. The store manager, Brent, and sales associate, Rory, provided exceptional service. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and helped us find the perfect suits, shirts, and ties. The store had a great selection, and the quality of their products is outstanding. I highly recommend Hugo Boss in Salt Lake City for anyone looking for stylish and high-quality menswear.

The creepy little manager of this store accused me of shoplifting and tried to stick his nasty little fingers into my shopping bag. I own probably 4-5 Hugo Boss (not Boss) sport jackets and suits. I used to buy a lot of Hugo Boss shirts etc. but can't say I've bought many recently. I'm heading to Las Vegas for Super Bowl media week next week so decided to do some shopping. I wasn't too happy with the selection at this store but I'd only found one thing I liked in Nordstrom so I tried a bunch of things on. To a garment, they all were poorly tailored - too much material in the back around the shoulder blades made them all look saggy (and for my frame that's hard to do). Creepy manager even got some different sizes for me while I was in the dressing room but none looked good. I was moderately happy with a sweater zip up and not wanting to go home too empty handed, I told creepy manager that we'd mostly struck out but had one winner. I handed him the sweater on my way out of the dressing room and and left the rest in there. My shopping bag was sitting on the checkout counter splayed open in plain view the entire time I was checking out. AFTER I paid creepy manager put his hands on my bag and started to open it up as he said "mind if I check your bag?" Damn right I minded, and let him know as much. Never shopping in that dump with that creepy little loser again.

Awful customer service, I purchased a couple of items and 2 of them were defective and they didn’t want to exchange them. They came with a lot of pretexts to just not do it. Don’t purchase here or beg to better not have any problem with your clothes. By the way, is the second time that I have a problem in this store.

Drove all the way to the store because online it said it was open on Sunday's. Shouldn’t advertise open if it isn’t really open. Waste of time.

while browsing some of the new arrivals I was told “the sale rack is over there, these things are all full price”. it’s unfortunate because another salesman last week was very friendly and helpful. I even bought a $100 t-shirt that was not on the sale rack. i’ll just give my business to nordstrom or hugo boss online.
