I returned everything because it didn’t fit well, at least not as well as did the store and everything was a little off. The worst part about everything though was how pushy they were when I was returning the clothes. I went back twice to return different things and each time they were trying to guilt me into keeping them, like I was getting interrogated. It was a joke, this has never happened to me before anywhere else. They have cool designs, but I definitely won’t be shopping at Bonobo again ,especially when there’s a bunch of other companies doing the same thing but with better people selling.

I hate shopping for new clothes but the crew at Bonobos made it so easy. Alexander provided some starter pieces and then recommended some adjustments to size/fit/color which ended up working perfectly. Not only do the new clothes fit the occasion I needed them for but I can use them for everyday wear, really expanded my wardrobe. And it's really not that expensive compared to other places. Will definitely be coming back.

Visited the store and was looking around. Was directed to a shirt I liked on the rack, tried it on, fit well and wanted to purchase it. So far this makes sense and seems normal.
The sales associate then had to inform me that they couldn't sell me that shirt because they had no more in its size. She informed me that it was her stores policy to not sell the last shirt of its size. She then put it back on the rack so other unsuspecting shoppers could try it on, like it, and not purchase it.
Puzzled, I asked, if you have mediums in that shirt, why not sell the last size you have, and put a medium on the rack, so people could try on a size they could actually sell. She apologized and told me she was not allowed to do that. I did remark that this seemed like a silly policy and didn't make sense. The sales associate then got rude.
An exercise in frustration and a solid waste of time and energy. Not worth visiting this little store that apparently likes to recommend clothing for you to try on that they only intent to tell you they cant sell you. Just stupid!

I wind up here often as my partner's emotional support animal while shopping for his business casual wardrobe. I love the bright, preppy colors and modern, sporty aesthetic. But what I love the most is the customer service. Whatever he needs, Bonobos makes it happen, and painlessly. From in-store tailoring to ordering out of stock sizes, or exchanging items that hung unworn in the closet for far too long, the ladies and gentlemen at Bonobos make it happen. And that makes me happy because my partner is happy and he always looks sharp.

Great looking clothes, but very low quality. I bought a shirt and a pair of khakis. After a single wear, the top button of the shirt came off in the dryer and the back pocket button of the khakis is coming undone as well. Really disappointing because everything looks, feels and fits great. I understand replacing a button is a simple matter, but if they are cutting corners on something so simple, I worry about the quality of the stitching and weaving as well. Thankfully they have a good return policy.

I’ve been wearing dress shirts 6 days a week for years. There are probably more dress shirt stores per person in Salt Lake than any other part of the United States… but if you want to find the best dress shirts, you’ll go here. I introduced it to my friend last week when we were walking around the mall - he liked their clothing so much he dropped over $1,000.He told me, “this is a place where I can feel like I can splurge on clothing and I’m comfortable with it”The staff is even better than the clothing.Best clothing store I’ve ever been to. Hands down.

I've been in the City Creek store several times, and not once has someone ever asked if I needed assistance. I ordered 2 shirts online from Bonobos and paid for the 4-5 day shipping, and it has been 10 days and my order still hasn't shipped. I haven't had a good experience with the store front or their website. I have not been impressed by their customer service.
