Update: Years have continued to pass, and the team at this office remains unbeatable! I hope I never have to change insurance!I believe I've had 10 vehicles insured by them so far, as well as my home, and I may even be forgetting a few cars. I've made numerous changes to my policies, sometimes several within a couple of weeks, and added and removed vehicles over and over. It is always streamlined, prompt, and simple. I'm always able to speak to a live person (usually the fantastic Prisila or even Blair himself) and often text directly with the office, as well. Simple, effective text conversations with a human are so convenient.This office really sets the standard for personable, warm, efficient and expedient customer service!Previous review, 4 years prior:The folks at this office are great! I've been with them for years now, and I always receive top-notch customer service. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and extremely helpful. I haven't yet had to file a claim (thankfully), so I can't speak to that side of things, but I'm confident that I would receive great service then, too.

Blair is a great agent! Made getting car and renter's insurance super easy and was always available for any questions I had during my time as his client! I wasn't too experienced with auto insurance when I first contacted him and my first experience with State Farm auto insurance has been great!

They were very good while we were their customer. Anytime we had an issue they were quick to respond and were all very nice. If I had stayed in Utah I would have kept them.

Just curious why my insurance keep going up and down and than back up every 6 months. It's passing me off. I haven't driven my car since April 2022 due to some problems and the registration expired.
