I've been going to this market for years and I loved it. I bought a jar of olives the other day for $20 and brought it home. When I opened the jar, it smelled bad and the olives tasted of mold. I returned to the store immediately and tried to return the item but the owner said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with this product. I said that's ok I don't need my money back, just take the jar home as a gift from me. I left and will never return. I find it appaling that the owners of these middle eastern shops are so stupid as to let a client who comes to their shop at least twice a week, spends no less that $30 everytime go so easy. I am now buying my olives from Rancho who has a better and wider selection for reasonable prices and if something is bad and has to be returned, they would not act like jerks.

Just found my new favorite Middle Eastern market & I'm so glad I did! No need to look further because Black Cherry Market has everything you need. The owner is super friendly and knows where anything is if you just ask him. They have sooo much variety of (halal) items from spices to frozen foods to Middle Eastern bread & Baklava and tea glasses. Definitely coming back here very very soon!!

I love this place. Very friendly staff. Mostly Mediterranean items you can't find elsewhere. And the prices are reasonable.

First time in the market and it was a great experience. The owner is friendly and kind! Complimentary tea which was so nice to have while walking around. Originally went in just for grape leaves and left with almost $100 worth of items. 10/10 recommend.
