I've been cycling for over 30 years and finally went to Jon for a fitting due to back and shoulder pain. He did a very thorough job. As a result I bought a new bike that was a smaller frame. Took my new bike to Europe where I rode every day for three weeks pain free.

John's very thorough process of asking me questions, taking measurements and observing me ride on a trainer enabled him to identify my fit problems and recommend the right saddle.
