Initially we thought the move went pretty well. If you asked me day of move I would have given them a solid B. They left a big 13 inch scrape on the wall down the stairs, but the couch they were moving was large so that wasn't a huge deal. They charged me extra for drive time even though they took a 20 minute gas station snack break, but I didn't have to move the big stuff so whatever.After they left we realized they didn't reassemble one of the beds, I didn't notice in all the commotion and assumed it would have been done because they set up the other one... When we went to set it up one of the support legs was missing. Luckily one of our giant Jenga pieces happened to work. Over the next two days we went to do laundry and discovered they had somehow lost the ball hinges for the washing machine lid so it won't work until the replacement parts arrive. We also discovered when we hung the TV that one of the corners had been smashed and now there are discolored dots on the screen.We obviously anticipated a ding to the wall or two, but the lack of caution with our things that we've found over the last few days is very irritating. Overall I would say hiring movers is worth it, however I would not use this company again or recommend them to a friend.

We used Hyrum, Jarren, Jyden, and Jeff for our move today and it was the best moving experience I ever had. I have never gone this route before but it made our move so much easier and streamlined. They were all professional and very careful with our things.

Best of the West Moving we used last year when in Mountain Green. They were fast, knew what they were doing an easy to work with. Jaden an Connor were the young men we had this time. They listened to what I wanted done and were so fast. They were just wonderful young men. I will always go to this company to have them move my belongingsJudy Holding

Best moving day ever, no stress on our end! Hyrum and Jarren were amazing! Got everything packed, moved, and unloaded quickly! Very kind and professional!

The worst experience I have had with a moving company. I hired them to unload my truck. Coming from out of town, I didn't know the layout of the apartment. We spent the first hour just trying to figure out the best place to park and unload. This work should have been done before I arrived. The team never introduced themselves or asked what was in the truck and was on their cell phones the entire time, saying how awful the job was. They walked as if they were on the beach, shuffling their feet and threw my stuff around. We had to move things out of the middle of the room to make space for the couch, kitchen table, and other furniture. There was no unloading plan and while we watched, several items were damaged from dropping them and hitting them against the walls. Once they were done, they never showed an invoice and said to pay them by Venmo, when I said to use the card on file, they called their boss and said I was refusing to pay. After filing a claim for the items they damaged including $1000 dresser, I received $60 back, and only after I email several times. This is the worst company with no customer service or care for your items. They don't understand that it's someone homes and precious and meaningful items. I will never use them again and I don't recommend anyone else. Book Best of the West Movers at your own risk! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I had originally scheduled to have four guys come but Hyrum and Jett worked so hard and so fast that I didn’t even notice they were only a team of two until they were almost finished up. They were very professional and took great care moving our belongings into the new house. Definitely worth the money! I’ve already been recommending you guys to family and friends and I’d leave two five-stars if I could! Thanks guys!

We hired these guys just yesterday to come and pack up our home. Although they were very nice and they did work hard, we had a few issues. 1. Several nice frames were just thrown in boxes and the ones that were left out were hardly wrapped. We had to go buy more bubble wrap so the frames were actually wrapped properly. 2. We asked for some of our things to go to a storage unit and some to our rental, and a lot of the stuff was mixed up. Now I need to go back through our storage unit to find things we need. 3. Came back today to do some last minute cleaning, and they forgot two entire cabinets in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Not a huge deal but when you pay a crew to come pack your house, you expect them to get everything. Like I said, these guys were nice and they did work hard, but there was not a lot of packing experience.

Andrew, Isaac, Alex, and Braden we’re Awsome! They did an amazing job! I appreciate your help. Even though this was a 3rd floor move they made the best of it. They did a quick and efficient job! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!
