Their sandwiches are amazing. Haven't tried butcher yet and will next go around. I was very surprised how amazing sandwiches were passing by. It's kinda hidden, but right off liberty park.

Fantastic whole animal butchers with extensive knowledge in their field. We could have talked food all day. Love what they’re doing and more than happy to pay for the quality and attention we get when we shop here.
